Admiral Cerasin sits at the head of a large circular desk in the war-room aboard his flagship. Most of the chairs in the circle are empty but there are a few with some of the most well placed and important individuals present. On one side he has Alder Divo, the representative of the ISB in the sector. Beside Alder there is younger woman, a liaison between this group and the intelligence community at large. She's known to be one cog in the long line from the top, the Ubiqtorate, disclosing what information would be most pertinent to the impending plans of Admiral Cerasin. However, these are not the only players in this room...

"Multiple problems across the sector, and two more worrisome than the rest. One, the insurrection of the Kamdan people which necessitated military force," he glances to Admiral Cerasin. Knowing well his disapproval of the lack of effort he felt the ISB contributed, despite their organizations purpose, to halting the progress of that event. Pulling a matchbook from his inner pocket he starts playing with and twirling it in his hand.

"Across each.. there are a small number of consistent elements. One being the involvement of the people within this room," he gives a nod toward each of the women joining them from their prospective agencies. "Save for a few. However, more worryingly than the individuals themselves the influence of a known terrorist throughout the Empire.." he glances toward one of the women, the younger one wearing a hat and a representative somewhere in the cog of the Ubiqtorate same as most of those in this room.

"Mandalore the Rebuilder," she chimes in, laying down a datapad with a file present on the ongoing events. Bringing herself up to speed on all the recent efforts of those conspiring against the Empire. "Otherwise known as Prayton Saxon. First known since his involvement some years ago in the event classified as the Station 18 massacre. A research station dedicated to studying some of an ancient worlds relics. A place which.. we believe once had a sizeable presence of life upon it but has since developed beyond the point of being livable for more than a few hours, such as other planets like Hoth," she says, looking about the room.

"Since that time we have determined his involvement in the matter was because of the potential historical value the ruins held for the Mandalorian people. An early but ancient conquest of their people. As a man who has vowed to rebuild the true strength of the Mandalorian people it was a tempting target for him. However, whatever his purposes all security and science personnel were lost in the event. Station 18 was entirely lost," she says, regrettably.

"This Prayton Saxon and his people have been a thorn in the side of the Empire for a long time. Which is why I have called each of you here," Admiral Cerasin says, looking between those present and focusing in on the woman standing off to the side cloaked. Here on special request by the Admiral and granted given her special ability to help with the matter.

"I am prepared to solve this problem once and for all. Striking out against this Prayton and his hovel, and stomping them into dust underneath the boot of the Empire. Making way for peace to return to the region," he looks to the cloaked woman. "For those unaware, this is one member of the Inquisitorious. From what I understand she will be able to make use of something collected by the ISB following an event in which their own mission suffered difficulties from the very same Mandalorians who are causing difficulties for us all.." he says, looking then to Alder Divo.

"Ah," he nods, collecting a small case from the side of his seat and setting it out atop the table. With two latches flipped the case opens. A small half-filled vial of some red and thick substance preserved a little within the vial itself. "Blood collected from the Rebyk Motel site following a skirmish which needed to be brushed under the rug. Based on witness accounts we believe this to be the blood of Raven Cadera, a known member of Prayton Saxon's group and one of its influential members. Found on the perimeter and collected in the case of it becoming useful on direction from my superiors.." he glances to Admiral Cerasin, "which I am still curious about the purpose of why you requested I bring it to you today. Is it useful to you in some manner?" he questions with the quirk of his brow.

"Not to him.." the woman under a cloak steps forward. Pulling the cloak down and revealing the long blond curly hair, the dark makeup and a smirk worn with devilish intent. Stepping forward around the Admiral and over toward Alder Divo himself she lays out a hand to accept the vial.

"At least not directly," she says. Collecting the vial from Alder Divo she carefully removing her gloves revealing both her true hand and cybernetic arm. Placing the gloves down beside him as she focuses on the task ahead. A flash of a memory, a grimace, "Please- no one disturb me. I would hate to lose this one.." she says, inhaling and remember the many times 14 had disturbed her in this very process. Turning her cybernetic hand over so the back was facing the ceiling she opened the vial with a deft twist and poured a small amount out onto the metal. Handing off the vial to Alder Divo she inhales once more, a deep breath and then exhales long and slow to calm herself.

Placing her first two fingers in the blood she traces the threat through the force, the connection between all things. A power, an ability, she discovered near the end of her time as a Jedi Knight and one of the key reasons she was not merely slaughtered like the rest. What made her a hunter without equal. Following the thread she comes to a view, splotches of an image. Raven walking through a forest of purple trees, a garden, seeing a man whom she does not recognize reading a book but she soon understands as Praxton. Feeling through the force she forces the connection a little and gets a clearer image. Understanding her thoughts, her memories, the little flashes back Raven can feel in the moment and the significant moments which make up the flash real of her life's most tragic and beautiful moments.

Rushing back to herself she gasps, face covered with sweat she looks around the room with only Alder Divo appearing minorly concerned. Breathing like she just ran a mile after the extra exertion she placed into the memory she connects the dots she discovered for herself, "Ti'rok in the Ti'tuk system.. only place it can be to be so close," she says, evening out her breathing as she nods and steps back.

"We make plans for Ti'rok then, and hunt these criminals to the edge of the galaxy if we must," Admiral Cerasin says, looking to those in the room and giving a nod as to declare his direction. From this moment, the various organizations present in the room were declared upon their course. Mandalore the Rebuilder, and the whole of his Enclave, would face the wrath of the Empire for the instability they have introduced to the region.
