Does anyone have any questions? Manny actually has some depth to him! He just doesn't show it very often.

Haha, wow. These are great questions. And yeah, this is kinda like that. Record scratch So you're probably wondering how I got here...

Playing Manny is both a joy and a headache. He so dumb! But he does have a good heart. And he's endlessly cheerful, or nearly. With Manny, I get to say all the dumb things that I think of before he makes a post. On the other hand, while I got a bit of serious stuff, it's not easy to do with him, and I do enjoy that sort of ACTING (Calculon voice). I'm very glad that people enjoy him, regardless.

He probably will name the gun Antilles! It's a less dumb name than Manka Cats Rule. His ideas are getting better!

Phew, the question of how to move forward for Manny now is a difficult one. I don't... know...? Unlike most Heroes Journeys, he's managed to completely skip the trip into the underworld, so he's just all normal and cheerful and stuff. Perhaps he needs to suffer some sort of painful setback to grow? I don't know! I suppose we'll have to see next time. Can he grow and still be such charming fun? I don't know that either. I don't want him to just end up as another Touki, complete with MWID(!!!).

As amusing as the Force Emergent idea is, I don't think I should do it. I should just play a proper Jedi sometime. Petrus was pretty good, I guess? And maybe Manny's simple wisdom could actually work well... hnnng... now I'm considering it... We'll see next game!

And haha, oh man. I think about myself as having "romance characters", "romance possible characters" and "non-romance characters". I could probably group up my various characters by which group they would belong to. Manny was supposed to be in the last category. He is now my character who has had /ftbs with the most characters. In conclusion... I have no idea. I'm still boggled.

At this point, it feels like Manny's trajectory from the previous game hasn't noticeably changed. He's a little better at it, but other wise he's going to keep on keeping on, as the awkward saying goes. So if he does show up in another game (which, given the chance, he will), he'll be in much the same place, except a little more experienced, and a little less no girlfriend.

Haha, oh dear. Manny pretty much goes along with whatever. This includes just shrugging when he finds one of the Magic Mika posters missing or moved around (he probably spotted it after shocking himself to the floor installing the sound system), or when someone decides to pull him aside for lewd purposes. I think the existence of the polycule depends less on Manny than it does people wanting to include Manny in it. Although he does want to continue things with Sholua regardless.

And maybe one day he'll find a nice pair of ladies he can cut in half! One day...

May he be forever young at heart. Manny actually helped Torr get back to his mischievous roots during the spire heist. BTW: If you let him know in character about your ship, he'll happily stow aboard after a night of drinking.

I think Manny could grow up slightly and still be goofy! Like Varina is getting less (but not completely) better at not insulting people right off the bat, accepting help, and owning responsibility. Maybe Manny could be more proactive with, say, dismantling the Empire or something like that?

All just suggestions. Wouldn't want Manny to turn boring, nope, never.

Yeah, I don't think Manny has to entirely lose his silly ways just to grow up. He has a ship, and a crew...responsibility maybe? But also backup.

I've certainly expressed my appreciation ooc. Thanks so much for the interactions with Manny. I nearly died laughing at that toss into the tip jar and 'oh dip.' It was a perfect entry point for that interaction.

Thanks for dipping into serious Manny a little bit to let Dhel figure out that her assumptions and his were not the same. It was fun, and moved her arc up a bit there.

Besides winding up with a non-romance character turning into someone with too many girlfriends, did Manny surprise you this game?
