Creation and Submission Guidelines

Returning characters:

Will be asked to collect their sheets from the previous game as well as any spends made with Experience or Credits and reorganize those onto a new submission sheet for this game. There will be no additional gains outside of what was already received from last game as they move on into this one.

Pre-game purchases will be limited to Rarity 6 and below with this extra money. Items above Rarity 6 may still be taken on the sheet, but may or may not be approved at Character Creation. Restricted items may or may not be approved in a similar fashion.

New Characters:

Character creation will be accomplished with Base XP + 125 additional Experience to be spent outside of the Character Creation step of creating a character. In addition, these new characters will also receive an additional 2000 credits. When spending credits in creation, as above purchases will be limited to Rarity 6 and below with this extra money. Items above Rarity 6 may still be taken on the sheet, but may or may not be approved at Character Creation. Restricted items may or may not be approved in a similar fashion.

Obligation will be a standard of 10 at CC with a maximum of 10 additional obligation for bonus character creation experience or credits as per the book. Please refer to this post for further information on Obligations: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=66

My suggestion is that all characters find some manner in which to connect themselves with someone on the Major Characters cast-list. However, for anyone who is uncertain on whom might be a good connection there will be a connection through Nerra available to any and all as he is someone who tends to perform "handshakes" between various groups and people that could aid one another against the Empire.

Connections to Nerra may be along a wide range from once owing him a favor to being in a cafe one day when you were approached about a good opportunity that was presenting itself by a previously unknown individual. Regardless of the story that makes most sense for your character, the one you would be directed to is Julo who will be the contact for Nerra during the course of this game.

Final notes being that all characters are welcome, and characters are welcome to involve themselves with the many different parties and NPC's whom have interests in Bellionas. However, for the main line of this game it should be noted that characters who have skills which would be most useful to a Spy will find themselves more easily able to interact with the central focus of the main plotline.

The Outline for your Character Sheet I would prefer you use is the one located: Here.
Game Master ◘ Mediator of the Light and Dark ◘ Of Triumph and Despair ◘ Of Heroes and Villains
