Bellionas

[Meiyokashi]

As the namesake implies, Capitol City is the chief city of the Bellionassian people. Streets and building built by brilliant and modern engineers whom wished for a home for themselves free from the influences of other worlds. Though the heart of the people has been trampled through the mud the soaring spirits they once had can be seen within the architecture of this planet. Most notable of these marvels is the giant wall that protects the city from the surrounding Badlands that make up most of the planet. This wall keeps Bellionasians safe from vicious wandering animals that stalk the harsh territories just beyond. This wall was a recent addition, and was not the first marvel constructed to keep it's people safe.

In earlier days, the city was a built underneath the ground with a hardened roof protecting them from the elements fauna. Originally this was an undertaking made possible by the limited number of settlers but it eventually was expanded over time to create the city which is now known as the Lower City. However, the Bellionassian people were not one's to halt their expansion and with passing time the people of Bellionas swelled in number causing life underground to no longer suit the many, giving rise to the need for other measures. Thus the wall was built, and with it the Middle and Upper City sectors. With no more use for the Lower CIty it was left uninhabited for many years. Allowing the Lower City to fall into disrepair over time. For many years it remained like this, with only adventure seekers spelunking in the old city ruins beneath searching for lost treasures. This changed when the Empire took control of the planet.

Already occupied by the Republic at the time of the rise of the Empire the Bellionassian people didn't have a chance to choose whether or not to fight against the new tyrants that threatened their home. Clone troopers became more demanding, and more aggressive, as to reflect their new masters. Where they once only help military installations they quickly covered every sector of the city. Once in control the Empire was quick to place a new Moff in charge of the sector and the planet. Moff Malavai Rosim was quick to use the cities different districts to their benefit, the Lower City being a most useful place in which to force those who could not be of proper benefit to the Empire.
