But does Varina even know what she wants to be? In the time she had known the girl, Varina had gone from idolising some of the things her mother had done, to seemingly being repulsed by it. She didn't know what had happened to change her so but Raven had been there along the way to at least remind her that she had some who still cared for her.
"We'll continue to keep an eye on her, until she figures out what it is she wants." And look after her. Scrappy little kid would get into all sorts of trouble if she didn't get fed on the regular or given a safe place to rest.
Sensing the meeting was drawing to a conclusion for now, Raven rose from the seat. "Will be in touch once we have more details to share."
