Day 3 ME- So, what's happening here?

''Neat''

Was the first thing he said looking at the crater coming in from the city. Perhaps, perhaps he should spend less time shooting up gonks in the undercity and explore the surrounding area.

Change of scenery is important and the open sky is one hell of a difference.

At any rate rumors spoke of things going on around this crater, odd things. Might me force bullshit, a black market operation or just more gonks...The former was above his pay grade but the second one could be interesting because he had junk to sell and had no idea of where to get rid of it.

It was a shame because it was somewhat decent armor...and they brought back a hell lot of memories.

So he began walking directly to the rim using what seemed the most direct path. In plain sight. Black marketeers were very skittish, he had been told, so approaching without shenanigans might be the way to go. He had his gun if not.

Half-way up the approach a blaster bolt lands in front of him, scorching the sand that was directly in front of his face thanks to the incline.

Well that's something

He stopped his steps and tried to look at the direction the shot had been shot from

Not a gonk for sure...and not imperial either. They warn intruders but don't shoot them on sight...good news, I think.

He raised his hand to his helmet and tapped the place where the comm-link was

Then he waited for a minute hoping for a transmission

There was no attempt of further contact.

He did'nt see banta poodoo

Seeing the nerf herder who shot me: 1eA+2eC+1eD+3eS 3 failures, 4 threat

So he just waited there, arms crossed. After a while he began tapping his foot out of impatience.

After some time he started tapping his foot, and with the tapping of his foot he noticed a little gecko-like creature come out from underneath a rock. It ran around a small rock, which was rather quite large to his small body, and climbed atop it looking around. Spying the intruder it licked the air and with some great speed scurried off. Knocking up a small cloud of dust in it's passing.

''Okay...at least the lizard came to say hello'' he commented with a note of exasperation as the little creature left

He returned his attention to the crater and continued to wait.

He did not know what was in there but he knew that for as long as he was there the watchmen had to keep his sights on him. He probably will have to get relieved...or even take a piss.

One way or the other he will get annoyed and talk to someone about the dense banthafucker standing in the middle of the road...perhaps one will get curious and be willing to actually exchange words.

Richo would wait at least another half hour, thus far nothing changed.

An half-hour was nothing compared to what he had to go through in the clone wars!

He would wait some more

Following a thud against an embankment of rocks leading toward the top of the crate, a loud crack is heard out across the area, resounding against the walls surrounding the area which leads up to the crater. Before he could snap to any other sort of reaction the rocks up ahead of him are dislodged by the errant shot and come tumbling down on top of him. Far too many to evade he's mostly lucky for his armor and finds himself tumbling down the path a good while down. Battered and dusted up by all the sand that was kicked loose he finds himself against the floor, prone but without any major injuries.

[Knocked prone and fell down the path a ways a bit. No other major injuries, but it wasn't comfortable.]

He raised his arms to block the incoming stones as best he could before the force of the avalanche threw him down

Well that had not been a warning shot for sure

The mandalorian picked himself up and dusted the sand off as best he could.

They shot to kill and now he was pissed. He did thus the most reasonable thing someone in his position would do: go back to where he was, raise his left hand to the sky then give middle finger to whoever had just fired.

He added a few rude Mando 'a gestures on top of it generally accusing the enemy of cowardice and some such. Not that they would understand, of course.

He then turned around and headed back to the city.

(scene, I guess?)

They harried him no further.
