Amid the ruin structures there stands a single far more modern building. Surrounded and manned by Imperial personnel whom maintain the perimeter from incursions and unruly mobs. Though the mobs are few the nearby tent-site of many of those wishing to gain admittance to the clinic for medical aid rests not far from the structure and is frequently patrolled by stormtroopers to keep the peace. Outside of the patrols of the stormtroopers in this tent-site there is little Imperial activity any deeper into the lower city as a large elevator leads down into the building itself.

Access Restriction: Restricted.

• Patients are checked in outside and only moved inside when an appointment is confirmed.
• Only residents of the Lower City may be treated here and Imperial Officers turn away anyone without the appropriate documentation.

Dress Code: Anything goes.

Hope here is twisted and dark, it is a sickening feeling.
