Zim was curious about who these people were - even more so after the conversation with the community leader in the Residential area of the Lower City the day before. She knew this might be dangerous, but she had at least some hope she could have a chance to actually talk to one of these people instead of fighting.
Maybe...
She tried to keep to the shadows as well, hoping to meet the armoured man she had met the previous day before venturing deeper into Gonk territory.
OOC:
Equipment for the scene:
Concealing Robes: Soak 1, Add ■ to checks to notice or recognize an individual wearing concealing robes.
Ion Stunner: Encumbrance 1, Damage: 7, Range: Medium, Skill: Ranged - Light, Qualities: Ion, Stun Damage
Glowrod: Encumbrance 1; hidden inside Concealing robes
Question: Do the Concealing Robes help with keeping stealthy in any way? The listed feature is adding Setback to checks to notice, so I'm not sure.
Also - The Stealth roll is supposed to be a Hidden Roll, isn't it?
She's using Intense Focus to keep Stealthy if possible.
So with that, she's got 1eA + 1eP (Cunning 2, Skill 0, upgraded once due to Intense Focus) ... not great, not awful I guess.
I'm guessing the difficulty should be 2eD + 2eC + 1eS. The +1eS for the dark environment *might* be negated by the glowrod, but I'm not sure that would apply to stealth XD

((Perception check at hard difficulty, please. Robes does not help you be stealthy, it helps you not to be identified. And the stealth roll are sometimes hidden for some things, but in the instance I need it for, it can be open. No difficulty, just a straight roll.))

Deonis motioned to her subtly to try and get her attention. He leaned against a wall and probably was paying too much attention to his companion and making sure his gear was set and secure to be able notice much else going on around him.
-------------------------
D3 gonk land perception setback:
2eA+3eD+1eS 1 failure, 1 threat
Earlier stealth roll without difficulty would be one success one advantage.

You're a lot deeper in than you should be normally. Smells bad too. The camp, however, is quiet. Which is rather strange. No fires, no noise coming from it. It seems...almost abandoned for now. Very strange, indeed.

Zim keeps as quiet as she can, her tendrils moving about as if trying to catch any hints of noises - or smells - that indicate any changes, or might point to the source of the unpleasant smell.
Considering she sees or notices Deonis, she waves at him silently and moves closer, as silently as possible.

When she draws close he speaks in a very low tone "too quiet. Too dark. Seems abandoned. Possible trap."

She nods at him, and tries to keep her eyes - and tendrils - focused on their surroundings as much as possible.
She wondered what made these people - the so-called "Gonks" - what they were. What made them do what they did. And... what possible link there could be between them and the situation in this world. The nonhumans coming to the Lower City apparently happened after the Imperials took over... maybe there was a link?
She shook her head slowly. Maybe she could find out. Maybe she could help. But for now... possible trap.

Deonis moved cautiously through the area looking for signs of life, or possibly evidence of where the gonks might have gone.

As you approach, you do start to hear some noises coming from the camp. It seems it is not completely empty as you first thought, but not as bustling as you may have heard. However, the gates are sealed shut at the entrance. The gates itself are made of remnants of the buildings surrounding the area. A bit flimsy in design, but would take some heavy fire to break the whole thing down.
Question is, how do you want to enter?

Deonis looks about the gate to see if there was anywhere that could be climbed either to vault or to get a look over the edge to see what lies beyond.

It's not a impossible feat to consider. This isn't exactly top tier Imperial construction you're seeing here. Enough holes and gaps exist that, if you weren't someone in bulky armor, could probably squeeze thru if you were nimble enough. They could, however, conceivably be used as some sort of means to climb up and over.
Though, it would be a it of a jump down. Maybe you'll be lucky and there will be some physics-reducing straw you can jump into.

Deonis goes up to one of the aforementioned gaps and peered through looking to see how much of the other side he could make out.

From the angle you are in, you can see several buildings, mostly in tact from the old building. You can make out a farm with some people tending it. Hard to make out who it is, or if they are willing participants, but they are doing their task.
Other than that, there's probably a building, if you are able to climb, that you could jump to so you won't kill yourself in the fall below. Just have to actually make the jump.

Seeing this gaps, Zim moves with Deonis, getting to one of those, but instead of using it to climb up, she takes a peek inside as well and tries to see if she can squeeze through without making too much of a fuss. Seeing the building that can be reached from above, though, she nods at Deonis - that will be a good idea for both, if she cannot squeeze through, or at least for him if she can.
OOC:
Wondering if that's possible for her as she's wearing just the robe.

As she gets to the gap, she notices it just may be big enough for her to fit in without blowing her - or their - cover too readily. So she decides to try...
... and actually cannot squeeze through. It seems just too small.
At least it seems like she hasn't managed to blow their cover... yet. So she goes on to try climbing and jumping instead. This time she manages to pull through, using the holes and gaps as footholds. When she reached the point where she could see that building that's close enough to reach. The leap wasn't an easy one, but she managed to get far enough that she could reach that building, and...
OOC:
Coordination/Agi vs Avg as mentioned on Discord, using Intense Focus... turns out she still can't make it XD
D3 MA - Coordination/Agi vs Avg. Intense Focus Upgrade:
1eA+1eP+2eD 1 failure
then trying Athletics/Brawn vs Avg, also as per Discord. Intense Focus again
D3 MA - Athletics/Brawn vs Avg. Intense Focus again...:
2eP+2eD 1 success, 1 advantage
Strain: 14/17 for now (3 uses of IF in the scene so far...)

It's not that easy to do. Clearly, you were never built to handle such a thing...though, thru the will of the Force, you manage to power thru up to the top of the gate. You now have a clear view of the camp itself. Several buildings, a small farm there. Looks to be maintained by fellow Gonks. There seems to clearly be a main building up ahead.
Now all you need to do is drop down and land safely.
((Athletics check, Easy))
