[D3 EE] Crafting Quests (Open)

Sol has been looking at his funds, and the phrase "Broke as Kriff" was underlined as red. He usually is good at making due, but this time, he needed some sort of supplies. Unfortunately, the places to get them were...tricky, so he had come carrying his full battle rattle, riot shield and all.

Someone else had a very similar idea; borne from very similar circumstances.

They were having the same sort of bad luck too.

Credits may not be important to the armored man but it didn't mean they didn't have uses and Deonis found himself in need of some things. A meeting this morning started on the Credits problem but I he could scavenge some materials to take to a mechanic that would also help.

Unfortunately he was never the most observant person but he did apparently learn how to do the best to hide his massive armored form.

Another armored figure was around. They might have seen him...if they actually looked his way but that was not the case. Still, the mando recognised at least two figures. One he expected and one he did not see since the ship.

He approached carefully as to not reveal himself to the possible awaiting gonks

It was already starting to become evening...though it was hard to tell the difference down below the city.

It was quite errie this evening. The normal sounds of patrols were not around this evening. The fire pits that once made it so obvious the Gonk's location were put out. The city was truly and utterly dark. Beyond the lights some of you were shining, of course. Still, it was a good, humid evening to hunt some treasure.

Maybe now that it was quiet, you could get some work done.

Sol looks over the scene with the eye of a practiced salvager. He lifts the glowrod aloft, looking for something to break down for component parts. Even scrapped vehicles could still have Durasteel that could be reforged into plating or a new casing for his saber. He brings out an angle grinder and runs it against a piece, looking to see if bright sparks sprang out.

Rubber could reinforce places where armor was weak. Kriff, even old clothes could be quilted to act as an undershirt to prevent chafing.

There were some lights out there. Maybe Gonks. Maybe other people; but she couldn't make out their exact location, nor their identities. Well, didn't matter anyway. Unbeknowns to her, like them, she was on the look-out for materials.

At this point, there were plenty of a buildings to choose from. What they were is really hard to determine now, as any signs of their former needs were masked in rust and debris. Still, no treasure hunt was made to be easy.

You begin to explore the building before you. It becomes quite clear, however, as you move that this building is worthless...and even more apparent that the building is also structurally unsound. You begin to quickly make your way out before something bad happens.

This building is also just as bare bones. However, in your search of this building, your eyes do come across yet another one that looks a little bit more viable than the one you were in. Just would require you to cross the street.

All is quiet and calm in the street. It's very eerie, considering the past several days.
