Base of the space elevator that leads up to the Foundary in orbit. Walls protect it against the surrounding wilderness and guard posts are stationed all around. Multiple warehouses store the materials needed to be transferred up to the station including rations, as well as the waste that needs to be transported off the station. Complete with a guard house and truck depot this installation is fully capable of defending itself against minor incursions.
