The intercom starts scatting for a painfully long half a minute
"Doobie da dooba do.
Scat Bot"
Although it does mercifully come to an end
"You hear about the computer? Same rules as before on the feet wiping."

SCaT does enter and wipe his feet. "How did meeting with the doctor's wife go?"

"Ooof, need to work on my rhythm I guess. Meeting is ongoing in another reality, it happens."
Escorting the droid over to the console
"Timey wimey wibbly wobbly. But hey, you ready to slice a computer and uncover some massive secrets? The key to everything could be in there."

(Forgot label, day 7 LM)
"Got the gear at least. Let's see what sort of security this thing has."
(Computers difficulty?)

This portion of the ship, and the access itself is old and has been resting here for some time. If it works at all it'll be a miracle as you see no power source, so whatever power might still be lingering in there is hopefully enough but.. you like won't have much time.

As the systems repel the invasion their life slowly sputters out and the machine returns to its slumber.

"My apologies, it turns out whatever security this thing had was pretty good."

"That's how you know it's got the good stuff. But hey, if you can't slice in that probably means nobody else can either...I'll have to work out how to make that console portable."

"Afraid you might have to get it fixed first. Seems like it ran out of power."

"Awww man. And there's no way I'm gonna get warranty on this. Second worst slice ever."

"Considering that no one got their heads sliced off, this ranks pretty middle of the road on my list of slice jobs."

"Ooooh, what is slicing without dicing? It can be hard to make all the computer stuff interesting. Only so much you can do with bars going up or down. Adding some head chopping to things is a good idea."

"Well, it was more that a door had to be opened no matter what, so one guy broke the door open and had took the brunt of the trap. Sometimes we won the battle at the end of the day, other days I only survived because medics are in the back row."

"That's why you always snipe from rear to front, everyone knows that. I mean, unless you're worried about war crimes. But then I'd ask why you're sniping people in the first place?"

"If a droid can snipe, so could a clone. That gives the clone the advantage, CIS tactics were to deny combat versatility of the enemy as much as possible. The less room they have to run, the more we had to advance."

"Wow, you definitely know a lot about CIS tactics. Wait a minute......"
Peering at the droid suspicously
"Are you some kind of.....historian?!!??"

"I'll do you one better, I was on the front lines of it, at least for a couple of the smaller skirmishes. I usually was a part of either a reconnaissance unit or doing maintenance. I'm actually a B1 battle droid."

"Noooooo. You totally have the frame of a B1.5. You're looking good for your age Mr Scat. 'Course, I think most of the B1s were deactivated and then crushed down and recycled so it's a relative thing."
