He groaned as his eyes opened. The cot giving way a bit, as his large frame adjusted. A webbed hand went to his head, the ringing still there. "Kriff..." he muttered, trying to shake the fog.

"I'm...hmm..." slowly he began to look around. He could barely hear her words when he passed out.

"He's up! Get the doc," a hand hit against armor and there's the sound of a small shuffle as something is almost knocked over. With a raised tone the same voice, "Get out of the door then, Lucky," he bristled. "Will you two quit your bickering? Tux said for one of you to keep an eye," the same voice returned. "Will someone get the doc?" the same sounded partially shocked, mostly annoyed.

Finally, a different voice but also familiar, "I'm here.. I'm also not much of a doctor but-" he's interrupted by the same voice, this one with greater discipline than the rest, "But you're helping people, making a difference. Now please, make sure our friend is alright since these boneheads can't figure it out," there were brief shuffles, but none of the others seemed to counter that.

Who Phroth first was able to see when he walked up to his side was a face he was likely not expecting, "Well friend.. you're a far way since we last saw one another. Worse off too.." he places his hands on the side of the table where Phroth lay, looking to him first and foremost.

"Thanks, Randy. It's good to see you, too." He chuckled, the familiar voices of the boys bringing him peace. Phroth slumped back, head still groggy. "She could have left me for dead." His amber eyes remained on the doc, before beginning to look for the troopers.

"How long have you all been on system?"

Stepping forward was Tux, he gave Phroth a good lookover before glancing back with a smile, "You look rough, but you'll hold together," he shakes his head. Giving a nod in the direction of the others, "Been here not long since we parted ways with you. Doc here wanted things kept quiet to bring as little trouble to the people here as possible," he steps forward, placing a hand on Randall's shoulder.

"Wasn't trained for this work but he-"

"-but I wanted to try, to do something that was meaningful now rather than.. maybe later. Been tending to as many of the sick down here in the lower city that I could. It's.. hard, and I don't-"

"He does a good job, brings hope. Me and the boys just keep the locals off his back- the nasty ones, not the others. Help them too where we can but.. better to not poke the hornets nest when you can."

"This place needs it." Slowly the fog was coming away, then sharkman sitting up. "The whole system reeks of despair and darkness." His amber eyes focused on Randall, features softened. "Thank you," then to Tux and company. "All of you."

A moment, then realization. "Anyone wanna say how I got here?"

There's a shared smile, but it's grim as what he says is certainly true and what was worse is that far as they could tell it wasn't just this system. Still, Tux refocused on the room and looked over to Stinger with Phroth's question.

"You were found not far from the base here. Went on patrol and found you slouched over speeder that speeder of yours, it's out back- in case you were wonderin'. Anyway, found you and called the boys. We've.. seen those wounds before. We're all glad you were able to get away and this far before you came down."

He was silent for a long moment. Processing what they said. How they described finding him. He looked to them all. "I didn't get away." He shook his head, finally breaking the silence.

"She had me. Dead to rights. The last blow... everything went black. I was out. She... didn't end me. I was prepared..." he spoke slowly, looking away for a mkmebt.

"Last thing I heard before passing out, was that I'd wake up among friends. So she knows you all are here." He frowned, then something else.

"She's either toying with all of us. Or there's still some good left in her."

"I'd rather not test the odds-" he looks to Randal- "Doc, I think it's time we pack up."

"I- can't, I can't leave the people here. They need proper medical attention and if I leave.. who else would be here for them? The Empire?" he chuckled without humor, awkwardly too as he'd never quite gotten that down. "I've spent too many years researching for the Empire to believe they'll do anything good without ulterior motives.. no, the people need a place they can trust and I'm not the best- but I'm the one who can and will."

"Great.. all this time I'm trying to convince you and now you listen, grief.." Tux sighs, looking down and then over to Phroth. "I'm not sure what to do. Any.. advice?"

"Keep doing what you're doing." Slowly the Karkarodon began to rise from the bed, rubbing his head and trying to shake out the rest of the fog. "With two Inquisitors here, who know that there is a Jedi here..." he pondered what he was about to say.

"I can be a pretty good distraction to give you all some cover. Kike Randy said, these people need help that the Imps won't give."

"We'll certainly do what we can... for now? Rest up, that's an order," Stinger says with a wink toward his commander and then smile toward Phroth.
