Sofia smirks, resting against Soleene, listening in to that heartbeat. With a put on, near-seruous tone she says, "Right here, in front of everyone- like the risk it all kinda girl I am," she laughs.

Closing her eyes at the touch, stroke through her hair, a blissful moment to cherish. Leaning back at the comment she smirks, "Ooo, flattering now," she teases with a shake of her nose. "I like, I like," she brings her hands down to Soleene's waist again. Stepping back but tugging Soleene close again with her, just for the tease of it.

"I am.. gambling's a little exciting now and again. After all, approaching you at the bar was the best gamble I made this week," she laughs warmly, giving Soleene a little squeeze. "So, let's go have some fun and then find ourselves a room, mm? Gives you a chance to show me off on your arm a little," she smiles, ready to shift herself but not moving quite yet.

"I'm just speaking how I feel, my dear," she would say as an easy smirk easily found its way to her lips. Soleene said what she said and she wasn't going to take it back tonight. Leaning closely once more, she would continue her thoughts, "I said I'm not going to hold back tonight, right? Words are probably the least of it."

"A sure bet, I'd say," she chortles before giving her a squeeze in return and regretfully letting go of Sofia, some of her.

She would turn slightly and straightened her white tuxedo jacket before offering an arm for Sofia to old if she wished, going off the suggestion. "I'm already having fun though...but okay, you might have to show me around a few of these tables. The slots don't seem exactly very exciting, especially when they won't provide too many eyes on us..."

"I'm looking forward to it," she winks. With the shift she almost too happily takes to her place on Soleene's arm, leaning against her a little for a moment, smiling. Correcting herself a little to give a sense of posture to them both. Sofia playing the part of the arm candy to Soleene's commanding, or at least mildly threatening to some, presence. Brushing the back of her hand down Soleene's arm she links up with Soleene's hand and intertwines her fingers with hers.

"Just gotta mix up things a little, mmm? A game- maybe two, and then.. the main attraction," she says with a little teasing nose wrinkle, a short shake. Looking around for something good she comments, "Wasn't so sure right off the bat- unless you forget how you almost turned me away?" she glances back quick, flashing a little smirk. "For a good reason.. but, I'm glad the misunderstanding worked itself out before I gave up hope entirely," she laughs, a small brush with her thumb along one of Soleene's fingers. With a nod she points Soleene toward one of the tables nearby, a dealer standing in front of it with a few other beings if various origin but all of wealthy standing.

Part of her did wonder if Sofia meant the arm candy thing to be a jest but it seemed like they were playing the role now. Unless anyone made direct eye contact with her, she wasn't too concerned about the opinions of others who might have looked in their direction. Most of her attention was on Sofia and where they were going. She already knew how she felt without needing others to make that opinion for her. During their stroll, she would give her hand a small squeeze and cast a glance at her to see how she was doing before looking off with an amusing smile on her lips.

"Heh, well, you got me. Okay? I had a lousy evening at first," she said entirely in her defence with a faint blush on her cheeks. "As you know, my brothers and sisters had a bit of business to take care of and I guess I just wasn't entirely sure. How the night ended was nowhere close to how I imagined it would have ended. I thought there would be some yelling and fighting, maybe an explosion...but not the way we ended that night."

She chuckled at that thought with a shake of her head, perhaps still amazed at how things just happened. "Let's see how much fun we could have with these games first, hm? Not really going to keep count. I'm just glad that I have another chance to spend some time with you."

It wasn't entirely physical, she had to admit.

When they stroll in Sofia's glancing around a little. Sizing up the people at the tables more than the tables themselves. Finding one with the dealer as before she picks it, giving another nudge in that direction. Even as she gets that focus over her the smile she wears is passively present the entire time, a warmth to it that was something which was becoming increasingly common around Soleene. When she looks up to her there's a brief pause, that look of 'what' but unspoken, just letting it pass and smiling a touch brighter in reply.

"Well, at least tonight- you can expect it again and then some," she smirks, that confident allure to her being played up a little as she looks up to Soleene. For the moment she'd probably even mistake her for a bit more dignified than she really was. Like Sofia really could belong among these people, it was subtle but there was a shift in her demeanor to blend into the moment a little and play exactly that roll she wanted to. Enough so that it could inspire the wonder if gambling was really the game they came to play.

Sitting among a group, Sofia leans in on Soleene's side and gives her a quick rundown of the game they were playing and how to play. From there, she would rotate between playing and not, giving Soleene advice where she can whispered in an ear. Kissing it as a tease now and again, some softly whispered promises of what else the night entailed. Seeming to take maybe too much glee in the looks they got from the rest of the table, jealousy in their eyes directed at one, both, either, it didn't seem to matter.

Soleene ease of navigation in the social setting and the game that Sofia played was almost enough to make her tilt her head curiously at what she was seeing. However, she didn't think that it wasn't something suspicious and perhaps a glimpse of where Sofia found herself most comfortable. This seemed especially the case after their previous talk regarding how she felt around her family.

Admittedly, it was here that Soleene found herself like a fish out of the water as she tried to figure out why certain decisions were made, the amounts exchanged, and even what to read in people. Soleene said she was willing to give it a try but found herself a bit short-changed to join what she only assumed was some sort of high-rollers table. What sort of people have this many credits just lying around?! She would smile abashedly at this discovery and just gave Sofia morale encouragement where she could. At the very least, she learned a little here.

Of course, no Mandalorian would allow any attack unavenged and she would find some way to retaliate with a kiss to Sofia's cheek or atop her head for each kiss that was given to her throughout the night. It was easy to lose track of the score throughout the night and she probably resolved the kiss Sofia whenever she felt there was a moment they could share, especially with a few breaks that took form in long passionate kisses.

Over the hour or so, Sofia was beaming with the game and the games. Sometimes Sofia would have Soleene play the hand but give her all the sweetly whispered instructions on what to do, but was more than happy to allow Soleene a chance at making a choice too. Each time she got that touch of coming down from the high of the moment she had Soleene at her side, either kissing or being kissed by her. Enough that she really did lose herself in the moment and at one point she looks to Soleene, bright eyes and leaning in. Teasing the idea of one more of those kisses with an elbow on the table and the other hand brushing away some of her own hair to be able to get in for it.

Over her shoulder, however, Soleene notices the security starting to encircle them. Getting kicked out was almost imminent.

Sofia didn't seem to notice, "Remind me to tell you something.." she said, placing one hand down on Soleene's thigh as she leans in and the other gracing the bottom of her chin. Giving just a little lift and tug she leans in for a kiss, no intent on making this a quick one.

"You kind of make it sound so easy when you say it like that..." Soleene would murmur back to her at the instructions with a smirk. Likely, it was all of the kisses that made the learning experience all the more appealing. It seemed that Soleene was fine with holding up the game with all of those repeated kisses she would give and accept from Sofia before each reveal of the cards or roll of the dice. She didn't exactly believe in luck either, although many might vaguely mistake that as her intention in fishing for luck with each kiss.

That didn't seem to be a good enough cover for security, however. She would only spare one glance at them. It was like what, three...five or six people? It shouldn't be that hard to fight them off, or she thought.

Soleene tilted her head when she mentioned the reminder. Part of her was half expecting that the reveal was going to be that she didn't pay a bill or owed a tab, which would make the security surrounding all the more interesting, she had to admit...

However, she wouldn't be thinking about that once the kissing started and she would only deepen it as she put her arms around her. This was perhaps a protective gesture, they would have to go through her first before getting to Sofia.

Sofia, in her ecstasy of the rush and moment, pushes herself fully into Soleene's arms. Kissing her deeply, passionately, nearly falling from her seat as she does but managing to contort her body well to keep her balance. Somewhere in the mix she slips from her seat and into Soleene near fully. Even without the security personnel clearly starting to surround them the whole table would have been stunned to silence. Watching as Sofia's arms come up to Soleene's jaw and holds her firmly against her. Next minute, slipping down from her jaw and wrapping snuggly against her frame as she pushes herself into her with the kiss.

Breaking she laughs brightly, giggling as the laugh settles back she looks to Soleene with a brightness to her that was teased through most the rest of their interactions. Even as a guard said "Miss" Sofia didn't seem to recognize a word was even uttered. Eyes locked into Soleene's, her cheeks flush, realization seems to dawn in her eyes but not the guards. Something else entirely. This.. causes her bright light to dim a little as she settles against Soleene enough to notice the guards around them.

"Oh, excuse me- were you gentleman looking to play?" she laughs, looking between them.

A woman steps forward, crossing her arms as she looks to the two. "Don't play games."

Sofia looks back to Soleene, gauging how far she wants to push it, and with a quick peck on the lips she gives Soleene a little nod. Looking to the guard, "It's alright, we'll go.. we'll go," she says, squeezing Soleene a little in her hold. Looking back to her she leans in by her ear, "Sometimes you get caught I guess-" she laughs, kissing the side of Soleene's cheek. "I've got an idea though.. so let's not get you beat up, mmm?" the sound brushes against Soleene's ear, a gentle kiss placed just below it.

When they found themselves surrounded and confronted by security, there was admittedly some annoyance that seemed into Soleene's expression. She changed gears between getting ready for a fight and getting into the mood a few times. While she was fine with going either route, the security was getting on her nerves. Perhaps the change in Sofia's mood got her more than just a little irked. She gave a small shrug at Sofia, as if signalling that she could be willing to fight if it meant returning her to her earlier spirits.

Ultimately, it seemed they choose to relent on the matter. She sighed and gave Sofia a small shrug. "We're not too sure how it would have ended, I do like my odds a little more in this game, actually..." In this gamble, she might even make the night even more exciting if she won...

However, she took Sofia from sitting on her lap and eased her to her feet as she stood from her seat. "Eh, this place couldn't keep us for very long anyway," she would say both to Sofia and the guards around her.

She offered her arm like before and pull Sofia a little closer to give her a quick kiss on the temple, then sneaking another kiss to her eat as she spoke to her. "Let's go with your idea then..."

"Perfect," she smiles at the kiss, leaning in against her on the arm so that Soleene got more than a little of the feel of her presence there. Knowing well one of her own little games were lost she didn't even try to risk suggesting she keep the money she won. They knew she cheated, and she knew they did just the same. Walking out they were followed by security, Sofia's mood note quite fully returning and even a little quiet on their way out as she brushes along Soleene's arm with her opposite hand, the closest linked into Soleene's.

Out of the casino Sofia gave some instructions as they walked, turn left, and then right. Up that staircase, stop to make out for a few minutes, continuing on. At one point pulling her over toward a banister and with great coordination sitting atop it, inviting Soleene forward and then leaning into her for a deep kiss, another minute or two. Eventually they came to the hotel, one of the penthouses connected with the Casino building itself. With a little tease of a kiss she slips away and pulls off her heels. Running forward a few steps she turns around to watch Soleene walking after her before hurrying toward a door.

Standing outside of it, by the key swipe, Sofia starts digging through her purse long enough for Soleene to catch up. While this hall was long there were three grand doors. Of the three doors, Sofia was at the one on the right toward the middle of the hallway with another behind her and a third way down by the far end. Beautiful decorations lined this hallway and all the amenities one might ask for but not wish to have in their own rooms.

Soleene was sure to flip off security on their way out, considering that it was likely that they had their pictures taken already for the records and she wasn't going to be back anytime soon. In her experience, she had put a number of people on a certain wall in the back office and ended up on a few walls herself. It was perhaps a small badge of honour, even if she couldn't see her own handiwork most of the time.

She followed Sofia to their next destination happily pausing to trade affections a few times along the way. The banister trick Sofia did on her own managed to coax a curious smile from her, certainly it wasn't a move she had used on her yet to the best of her recollection. She chuckled as Sofia ran forward to open the door, Soleene took a leisurely walk to where she was waiting with her hands in her jacket pockets, her gaze curiously taking in the surround. It was a nice enough place to make her wonder if Sofia had managed to pursue some desk clerk to give her a rental or this was something that was stolen by less proper means.

"You are a mystery, did you know that?" She said as she slid behind her with a hand around her waist to give her a kiss atop of her head and trailing down to land another one on her neck.

"Mmhmm," she smiles, warmth crossing in as Soleene's kiss trails down onto her neck. Reaching into her purse she pulls out what looks like a blank card that was an off-black color with a strange almost shiny strip on one end of it, holding that between her first two fingers. In the other three she had a long string of some kind of segmented looking tape. Leaning back a little she rests her head against Soleene's shoulder for a moment to look up to her, matching her gaze and smiling warmly. "Just a sec.." she says, looking back to the task at hand.

Sliding the card into the reader the machine starts to scan but seems to have a difficulty with it. It looked strange to Soleene, she was aware enough to know sometime about it didn't seem quite right but the actual mechanics of it all were likely lost on her. Sofia, however, dexterously moves slips the strip into her other hand and then places it into a small opening within the reader itself. Sliding it in slowly and surely she finds just the right position and then presses a small previously un-noticed button on the thick card. One, two, three and the light turns green with a click as the door unlocks.

Soleene watched Sofia fiddle with her card over the reader, albeit it seemed to clear to her that this took more than just a simple fiddle of the reader at this point. She would give Sofia a slight look to let to know that something was up but it didn't deter the Mandalorian from spending time with her. Her arms would slide away from her waist to allow her more space to manage the reader, although her hands would remain on Sofia's side,

"Oh, I think I know what's going on. It must have been a buggy reader..." Soleene chuckled coyly once the light turned green, moving closely to Sofia again and putting her arms around her waist once more. She would hold her with a slight sway, much like their 'dance' earlier.

Slowly, she would turn them so that she could put herself against the door. One hand slacked from around Sofia and activated the door behind her to give a cautious peek inside while it open. "Do you think we'll be able to call for take-out here?"

"Just the buggiest," she says in her low-register, her voice that leading and enticing nature to it as she smiles. Leaning back into Soleene as they moved with the slight sway, head down on her shoulder a moment she smiles. As Soleene shifts them so that she's against the door Sofia giggles. Inside the room, even from the brief glance, the place was stunning and beautiful. Far as Soleene could tell it also looked like no one had actually checked in to this particular room, from the way the glasses were arranged on the mini-bar inside.

"I wouldn't suggest it- besides, I've got another plan," she says, leading with her tone. Turning into the slack, still within Soleene's arms she leans against her, placing her hands at her waist and pushing into the door a bit to get it opened a little more. Looking up to her with a teasing smirk that almost certainly wished to inspire retribution.

Considering the last time they barged into a room, it was filled with people, so she thought some caution was warranted. That was also her mistake the other night as well but the habit was still there. She smirked back at Sofia leaned in to kiss her on the nose. "And what are you going on about? But yeah, I think the coast looks clear...and of course it would be, you got this place fair and square. It's a shame that they don't deliver here. I was thinking we could for some ice cream..."

"Oh? Was this related to what you were going to tell me a while back?" She brought up as there was a mischievous glint that appeared in her eyes as she inched back. Her arm was still around Sofia's back and Soleene would turn slightly away from her only so she could bend down to pick her off the ground. She would bump the door open with her hip and carefully carry Sofia through the entrance threshold, giving a quick spin once they were inside with a triumphant laugh. "Or is this a surprise you're saving for later?"

She gave her a kiss on the ear and whispered to her. "Just so you know, I have many ways of making you talk..."

Up in the air, into Soleene's arms, Sofia gives out an excited yelp-leading into a shout turning into a bright laugh. Giggling with the triumphant laugh from Soleene she nestles she beams in the moment. Holding to her where she can with a mix of support and an affectionate squeeze, "They might have some icecream in a fridge or something. Mini-fridges in this place are always stocked," she says lightly, smiling as she looks to Soleene. "I'll tell you one thing," she says amidst giggles. Nuzzling against the space behind the cheek and below the ear when she leans in with the kiss and whisper. A warmth to her cheek and smile.

"And then? After that one thing?" she leans in with the tease of it, brushing her cheek along Soleene's until she'd back up enough that they can look right at one another. Meeting her eyes with that look which conveyed more than just a merely physical longing. "You'll just have to see how many of those ways of making me talk are effective."

Soleene would pause for a moment to give the door an appropriate boot or tap to ensure that it closed properly before continuing further into the rather luxurious penthouse. It was likely about time that they traded up from their last accommodations together. She held her closer and gave her a kiss on the cheek. "I already know a few ways to make you giggle already but I'm sure there are some other things we could try..."

As she walked to look at the place and her gaze did stop on the couch momentarily, looking to Sofia was gave her a playful smirk. However, she wasn't in the mood to retread on the same ground and they were more deserving of a mere couch when there was so much more offered to them. However, all of that gambling did make her feel a little hungry and she made her way over to the kitchenette, setting down Sofia on a seat by the stone counter. She gave her a kiss on the lips that held on a bit longer to be considered 'quick' before departing. "Hold on to that for me," she would say with a wink before sauntering off to the fridge.

She opened the fridge to be only greeted by a clanking of various bottles, which were likely some expensive and exquisite stuff. After bending down to further her search and discovering the freezer compartment, Soleene would return with a small tub of ice cream with some spoons. She also set down a bottle of ice wine from her raid too. Holding up the tub, she gave it a quick inspection before looking to Sofia as she opened the lid and tossed it aside. "Blue chocolate...can't be too bad."

Happily working with Soleene as she was set down in the seat, she did her part to make sure that too long to not be considered quick kiss lasted as long as it did. Tugging on Soleene's shirt a little and not even letting go right away as she stepped back toward the fridge, the shirt getting a little pop as it slips between Sofia's fingers. Flushed cheeks she smiles, hiding it a little with a nod. Leaning onto the counter she relaxes against it. Resting in hand in her palm with a soft sigh reserved for the sight that was Soleene, "It'll be waiting," she says with that undeniable warmth in her tone.

"If it's in here it can't kill us at least, mmm?" she suggests with a smile. Laying a hand out toward Soleene over the counter top. Painted nails giving the stone counter a rolling tap through the group of them that creates a satisfying pattering sound. As she watched her there was something different, that same pull back Soleene has seen a couple times now but before it lingers too long there was a wash of acceptance of some type.

Shifting up in her seat a little, there was a warmth to your smile, "Hey, wanna hear something I just remembered? When I was younger.. I always had this cute pink stuffed animal names Clarissa. Pretended she was some.. big hero, always... and I mean always knew what she was doing, doing the right thing. I would talk to her for hours, to clear my head," she laughs, a distraction from how awkward that admission was. "Just.. thought about it when you brought that ice-cream out, haven't had something like this since I was little," she says, giving a nod of her head toward Soleene.

Soleene wouldn't know exactly why, but despite Sofia's words ringing true enough there was something more to that admission. It was strangely placed, strangely timed, and she got the distinct sense it meant more than just a mere connection of two points in her life. Maybe she was reminded by the ice-cream.. but Soleene was certain for some reason that first part was something Sofia wanted to say.

"Well, I don't think it'll be that terrible..." she chuckled in regards to the ice cream flavour as she sat the small tub on the counter. Her hand reached for Sofia's hand on the countertop and wrapped her hands around it. While doing her share of raiding in the fridge, her hands did get a bit cold as a result and she appreciated the warm up provided by Sofia. Her hold was careful enough to not shock Sofia with the sensation, all while gently brushing atop her hand.

Soleene's hold would relax as she made her way around the counter, so they didn't have so much in between them. On the way, her foot would nudge over a chair so that she could sit next to Sofia. Her expression did go from playful to pensive as she considered her story, as well as the undertones of the story, both felt and hidden.

"Clarissa?" she said as she dug to the ice cream with a spoon in thought, trying to get a good scope. "That's a nice name for pink plushy. It really sounds like you had a very good time with her. I bet she was really good when it came to sharing ice cream too."

The last part admittedly had a hint of a smirk as she offered her the spoon of ice cream.
