Entering Sinclair's is like entering a pocket dimension within the upper crust of high society. While the extravagant decor, two large feline statues on either side toward the middle being the most notable, matches well with many of the other extravagant establishments in the Upper City there is none other that holds the firepower on display that Sinclair's does. Right as one enters the door there are glass boxes alike a jewelers lining the peremiter of the establishment with various handguns, knives and accessories. While the larger and more potent hardware hangs from racks upon the walls on either side of the two great statues.

For the most expensive, and most serious armaments on display there is a back counter where Sinclair waits patiently for new guests. From here he greats any that enter his establishment and is quick to come to their side. Offering the upper class experience he attends each individual customers every need, after checking his would-be-clients records. From there he walks through and offers the Sinclair experience. Tailoring a tour of his fine weaponry as to match the particular skillset and desires of his customers and always offering expertly poignant advice.
