Worth it. Raven thought about the future soreness, which would be Future-Raven's problems. Soreness in the morning meant you had survived the fun of the previous day

"I'm so sorry!" She tried to help one of the troopers up as she herself was trying to get back up.

[Jyrvess Ertil]

Jyrvess quietly pulled a copy of the information to her datapad and then slipped away from the crowd. She caught Raven's eye and nodded, giving her a signal to disengage....

The librarian stayed close enough to step in and help if Raven needed it...preferably before shooting started.

Slowly Raven and the troopers were able to get standing, Raven positioned a bit differently now would easily be able to spot Jyrvess' signal as she helped up one of the troopers with a firm grip on his forearm. Looking between one another briefly the one furthest for her immediately moved off toward the terminal at some pace.

Meanwhile the second stared at Raven, that white emotionless helmet, "Be careful next time, and get outta here.. we come back and find you we'll bring you in for disruption," she said harshly and then ran off to meet up with her partner.

Both troopers passed by Jyrvess by about five feet as they went to check out the terminal.

"Alright alright, I said I was sorry," Raven was a bit exasperated but left as the troopers told her to without heading directly towards Jyrvess.

Eventually the two would catch up.

[Jyrvess Ertil]

"I got what we needed," Jyrvess nodded, "Let's get out of here."

When they reached a more isolated spot, she copied the data and handed it over. "Looks like your Ithorian is after an arms shipment....very useful to the Resistance or the Enclave. I have a good idea of where it will be...but I need time to study the maps to figure out where the best place to hit it would be...which is likely where the smugglers will strike from."

"Hmmm..." Raven lapsed into thinking, which often made her somewhat withdrawn.

"... I think I have an idea. We'll be meeting the other Raiders later. Get their side of the story and their take on Carid. If it goes well, they might have some idea of Carid's preferred tactics, when and where he'd be most likely to strike."

The Raiders also had ships. Something which the little group here did not have (except borrowing Manny and his ship, which had no weapons). "One of their leaders, Valkyrie, has a reputation for attacking and raiding Imperial targets."

"An alliance then?" Jyrvess asks, "I'll watch your backs."

She frowned, "How trustworthy are these Raiders..."

[Raven Cadera]

"That this meeting will determine, but..." her voice trailed off for a moment.

"One of their numbers who were at the wedding were caught alive. He claimed innocence in not knowing anything about the attack or why they would do such a thing." Judging by her tone, it seemed to be an issue that still weighed heavily on her. "I... chose to believe him, despite wanting nothing more than to see him dead at the time. He's come here now with Dex, they've been working on arranging this meeting... so I am willing to give it a shot."

Armored fingers flexed and then relaxed again. "If it is as he says, then the Raiders too have been shamed by his actions."

[Jyrvess Ertil]

"I see...something to leverage then." Jyrvess smiles wearily, "Politics. They used the Raiders name to attack you. The Raiders are in debt twice: once to you for allowing the infiltrators in to your wedding and again for having been infiltrated to begin with."

[Raven Cadera]

"Something like that," Raven smirked, her own features weary as well. She wasn't completely oblivious to politics herself, even if she hated it. "All depends on how they see it, I suppose. But as we've seen from our scouting, they do have more battle-ready ships than we do, so that leans in their advantage if we're to teamup against this Imperial vessel."

"We're not a people who like being indebted to anyone. Hmm... makes me wonder if by some crazy miracle the Basilisk would be ready for such an operation. It would be quite a sight."
