Within the city the walls and general construction offers much comfort from the mounting heat. However, outside the weather threatens to escalate to sometimes dangerous levels. At mid-day the heat becomes near completely unbearable for any beings which are usually more comfortable in water-borne environments.

"Citizens are reminded to return to their homes in the late hours of the evening. Scattered reports have indicated individuals harassing and attacking those who are wandering about late at night..."
