As it has been with the past few weeks the locals have all prepared for the rainy season and today, in the early evening, it begins to show as a drizzling rain hangs over the city. While the intense thermal changes to the planet remain, the rain is a welcome relief to many.

News about the Empire cracking down on subversive elements within the city has been through the news constantly. Many who have been found performing anti-Empire activities have been arrested and their families almost always find themselves forced to move down to the Lower City.
