Weather:
While the light rain from the previous days continues through the early morning it worsens considerably by the late afternoon. By the time of the evening the winds have picked up and there is a constant and heavy downpour over the entirety of the city. Near the port-side places the waters rush and splash against the walls and wash along the lower platforms before going back out to sea.

There is a potent feeling of tension and anxiety in the air.

The Wire:

Dr. Novar's leaving of Bellionas is announced early and the morning, a wave of apprehension falls over the city as many have seen her as the woman in charge they worry for what comes next. After all, any change is usually a bad one when it comes to the Empire and a change in leadership affects everything. Leadership which may officially have been Malavai Rosim, the current Moff, but many knew was truly Dr. Novar herself.
