Breaking and entering (D2|EA)

Things were finally coming together. With all these off-worlders around the place felt like a hive of activity. Of course that brought its own issues.

Tenzing wasn't that tech savvy (except for guns) and it was a long time since he'd been a muscle-bound Trooper. So naturally he leant his talents elsewhere. Large parts of the building were still inaccessible so he set to work changing that...

Off in a nearby junction between machines Mara stopped Sera for a moment and they spoke briefly. Sera leaning in and resting a hand on Mara's shoulder before offering the younger woman a nod and glancing over toward Tenzing. Parting Mara was quick off with a datapad in hand and continued making her rounds of the folk working and checking in on various levels of progress.

Sera in her parting made her way over to Tenzing and sat on a nearby chair which was half rusted to hell but seemed to have been stable enough to keep. Looking up to him the hair fell in front of her face as she just watched for a moment or two.

With a sly grin Tenzing reset the lock and typed "guest" in aurabesh. It clicked and the door slid open. Chuckling he turned to Sera. "What's up Sera? Never seen a law man breaking and entering before?" He puffed out his chest for a moment then sighed. "Fine. Former law man."

Walking closer he stuck his hands in his pockets. "Been a while. You doin' okay?"

"Lotta 'former' type folk these days," she gave with a half-smirk, leaning back and settling into the chair.

"Been doin' alright. Keeping the kids safe best I can- and they're all still kickin' around getting into a mess so I'll call that a win so far," she glances over toward Mara, who was busy as a bee. Back to Tenzing, "And I have- actually," smirking, "seen a law-man break and enter before. Life gets complicated out here in the rim."

"Heh. Ain't that the truth." He looked over in the direction of the heavy lifting. "Where'd you find the Mandos? Feels like we'll be plannin' a war any day now."

Tenzing pulled some gum out of one of his deep pockets and offered a stick. "Anytime you need backup, or someone found... Well, you got my number. Been busy the last few weeks but most of my contracts are finished up now. Successfully of course."

Sera accepted the tick in hand but just held it there for the moment. Letting it bend a little as she rocked her wrist slightly, "I'll be sure to keep it in mind," she flashed a quick smile, unwrapping and popping the stick of gum in. "Helm-heads came like most the others, gift from our new contact with Nerra.

"Mara's not exactly happy about it, but having them around on our side does make me feel a bit better about everything. Girl's.." she smiles, "girls a lot like her parents. Better and worse."

A smirk crossed his face at the mention of 'helm-heads'. "Never know when we might need the firepower. I can see why she'd be cautious though."

His expression became more sober when Sera invoked the Kaydes. "Lot of people turn out that way. So I hear." Clones and parents were funny ground be on. He shook the thought off. "Guess you got your work cut out then."
