Nelk looks Qar up and down, gives a wry smile and says, "Buy me a drink, racer boy."

"What do you drink then, panther?" He turned toward the bartender.

"Milky beverages? I suppose it's in theme." He chuckled, then waved at the bartender to request the expected drink. A beer for himself. He didn't seek to impress or mystify with his refined gusto for alcohol even though he knew a thing or two about whiskeys and brandies.

Nelk sticks her finger in her drink and stirs it around, breaking up some of the foamy goodness. "So, racer boy, is that just your style, or do you compete? I think I heard there's a swoop race happening in a few days." Nelk removes her finger from her glass and takes a delicate sip.

"You'll see me winning that one." He said simply, sipping his beer without haste.

"Let's hope so. I may have to go down to the spectator's lounge and watch things play out. Do you often win?"

[Qar Offee]

"In most cases." He mused without overstating it. "Is it something you have a habit of, watching races?"

[Nelk]

"I appreciate any sport where the participants wager their lives for my entertainment," she says with a chill in her voice and a hard stare.

"I won't kink-shame." He snickered.

Nelk rolls her eyes, "Does everything always have to be about sex?" She takes a swig of her drink and sets it back down on the bar. "I'll be watching, don't make me regret my wager," she says as she stands up and heads for the door. Turning around before she leaves, she smiles, "Thanks for the drink, Qar"

"Thanks for the company." He didn't turn when she was leaving, having shrugged at her comment. He'd leave after he'd finish the drink.

Torr sat outside the bar enjoying the evening air. But when he overheard Nelk say that he chuckled to himself. 'She's not going to live that one down anytime soon.' He thought. When she happens upon him once more she'd notice a wry grin.
