[Day 5 - Early Evening] The Hutt Job

[Meiyokashi]

[Just to clean this up, gonna just pull it for some rolls.]

Inside the room the other Enforcer is pulling his boss into the room. Tyllia has a chance to stop him from getting him into it but has to be able to slip through the little space and hazardous footing in order to do so. Meanwhile Soleene is busy dealing with the enforcer outside as they exchange bloody blow after bloody blow.

[Tyllia, Roll Coordination vs Hard, Upgrade having to scoot by Deonis. 1eC + 2eD]

[Tyllia Demici]

Tyllia did not manage to make it in time; but somehow, maybe, hopefully, she made sure they still had a chance!

[Meiyokashi]

As Tyllia makes her move she stumbles over the quarreling Deonis and other enforcer, tumbling down into the room but with the quick thought tries to get back to her feet. Rushing for the door she manages to get there just as it starts to seal, but in that time also gets a good look inside- and it's practically a vault, there's no way out of the room. Safe as though he might be for now.. they weren't exactly going anywhere.

[Deonis Harik]

Deonis looks and sees the vault sealing he looks to the enforcer in his grasp menace oozing from him "how do we get in!?" He growls at the criminal.

[Meiyokashi]

"Through the door-" he says, but even he seemed to not realize at first how stupid of an answer that was based on his surprise. Best guess, he probably didn't know. While outside, the pitched fight with Soleene and the other enforcer had come to an end. One standing over the unconscious form of the other. Though the others inside wouldn't know who until Soleene herself joined them.

[Deonis Harik]

Deonis uncliped a vicious looking knife and held it to the man's neck "Do you have a family?" The menacing growl all the More so due to the modulation from the helmet.

[Meiyokashi]

"Yes- yes," he says, his voice shaking a little as he brings his hands up instinctively and puts them on Deonis' arm.

[Deonis Harik]

Deonis snarled "go to them. If you tell anyone *anything* about tonight I won't just come for you. I'll come for them." He pressed the blade harder against the flesh the vibro blade just barely breaking skin. "Got it?"

[Soleene Stryss]

Soleene meandered in after her fight and perhaps caught Deonis hassling the guy. She put her hands on her hips and looked at the door with a sigh. "That's a pain...I take it that he sort of got away?"

[Meiyokashi]

"Got it, got it," he said, leaning his head back as far as he could but it was already pressed firm against the wall.

[Tyllia Demici]

"Well, he can't get out," she said, the lightsaber's blade fizzing out of existence. A curious weapon indeed. "You're a mandalorian, right? Don't you have like a rocket launcher that can take down this door?"

[Deonis Harik]

Deonis paused a few more seconds letting tension and fear build before letting the man go and shoving him down the hallway making sure he left.

Turning back to Tyllia and Soleene "Can't that cut through it?" He asked nodding to the weapon in Tyllia's hand.

[Meiyokashi]

They ran fast as they could out the door and down the hall.

[5 Harmony for Deonis, but also 2 Conflict]

[Soleene Stryss]

Soleene looked as unamused by Tyllia's suggestion as she could without showing her face. However, Deonis stole the words from her mouth regarding her next idea. Tyllia somehow managed to procure herself a lightsabre (she's going to unconvincingly assume from the black-market), shouldn't she put that to use somewhere?

"If not that, I'm thinking smoking him out...but that's not going to be pretty for everyone involved."

[Tyllia Demici]

She nodded, "I can try..."

At which point she would attempt to cut a hole with the lightsaber. Supposedly it could literally cut through starship-grade armor plating, so hopefully it would suffice.

[Meiyokashi]

It would- it was slow, but eventually it would. With the door opening the mercenary inside was quickly dealt with by the trio and they were free to take in their bounty. A bounty which- even by the end of dealing with the merc, was yet unconscious.

[Deonis Harik]

"Wasn't too bad. Good plan." Deonis acknowledged the team. With Tyllia convincing him to wipe out men before the fighting started and Soleene scaring a bunch away it was a much easier bounty. Full amount too.

[Tyllia Demici]

She'd nodded at some point during the conversation; whenever that conversation had taken place, before or after they'd gone and delivered the target.

"It went a little worse than I had expected, but any plan you get to walk away from after implementation is a good one."

[So, we get the credits, and divide equally? 2K each?]

[Soleene Stryss]

"We're still standing and he's...yeah, who knows." She shrugged on the matter. If she started thinking that far ahead for her bounty, she would find many reasons to get out of the business, especially when it came to the sisters associated with the Hutts. "Let's just say it worked according to plan in our books and we can file that away from the records. Good job, everyone."
