Whoops, I think we're supposed to go in order; I rolled Hard accidentally, when it should have been Average.

So we've done 3 Average and 1 hard. Let's see about getting the two people who haven't rolled yet in.

I don't think it says they have to be in that specific order. Just has to make narrative sense, which I think using averages as distractions fits into

I don't think that's an option available to us, so let's just pretend Manny did average.

I've got some good rolls in my back pocket for Medicine and Education, which can be good for identifying and grabbing the right research. But yes, let's let the folks who haven't rolled yet do so.

Finally posted, and WOW that was close.

Planning on using some more social rolls - Leadership is a possibility, or negotiation maybe. Vigilance is also possible, but no Force there. Then holding Coercion or Discipline for the Daunting checks... if that work :p
