You have problems with resol'nare being concise?
The Resol'nare, or Six Actions when translated from Mando'a into Galactic Basic Standard, were the central tenets of Mandalorian life. They consisted of wearing armor, speaking the language, defending oneself and family, raising your children as Mandalorians, contributing to the clan's welfare, and when called upon by the Mand'alor, rallying to their cause.
The philosophies differ across times and clans beyond that. But you have it all here:
identity, community, continuity, (occasional) unity

I have problems with it not being comprehensive, like what's stopping someone who follows the Resol'Nare from committing all the war crimes on others?

Nothing really. At that point it's a personnal thing. Some mando factions have a more rigid code of conduct like those following the supercommando codex.

And then the super commando codex doesn't explain anything, just says they behave better these days?

What's uniting and true is the Resol'nare. No Mandalorian questions that- they merely interpret it differently.
I can give more of a write-up for the different factions strong viewpoints and the like for next game but gonna focus mostly on playing out the end of this one.

I'm not sure they're part of the Disney canon, the codiced supercommandos. At least not by the EU standards as Maul's Mandos are listed as such by wookiepedia.

Disney cannon is getting super muddy.
The mandalorian series confirms the existance of Jaster Mereel and Jango as his adoptive son.
But yeah the supercommando codex his not defined beyond the 'it's more ethical and honorable'. Richo is following it but since there is no written tenets we can make it up as we go.

I know star wars has a general ignorance on war crimes in general, I mean did you see how many times a jedi has committed perfidy?

I didn't realise people were recruiting aggressively? At least not the Rebuilders from what I've seen?
Anyway, Mando stuff actually is one of those things that have a lot of writeup, but it requires jumping around a bit between articles on Wookiepedia. My recommended reads is the Mandalorian main article, especially the Culture-section, followed by Resol'nare, Manda, Mandalore (title), and Mando'a. I personally reference these a lot during play as there is a lot to remember.
The most important part of Mandalorian culture across most of the different factions and timelines is the Resol'nare though. The point of it being that these common grounds is what draws people from different backgrounds into one shared culture and identity, and in turn by abiding by the Resol'nare they are connected to their fellow Mandalorians through the manda (or achieve a state of manda), hence why these actions are more important than blood-bonds in most cases as Mandalorians judge you more on how good of a Mandalorian you are than the circumstances of birth and lineage (and adoption is common place).

May have used the word aggressively a little too quickly, there's 2 people at least joining the mandos this game?

I know of Sol (though IC it could be considered very debatable if other Mandalorians knew xD)... are there others?

I'm probably joining too once I get past my old programming and can actually reject an unlawful order

Some modern military codes of conduct allow a soldier to disobey if ordered to do war crimes and such. It would not be a stretch to think the Codex does so too

That's a lot of assumption to be made though, considering very little is written about the Supercommando Codex and what is known about it is that it mostly adressed Mandalorians not acting as pirates or raiders but as honorable and highly-paid mercenaries.

Why is it a lot of assumptions? Why shouldn't we get to define it ourselves in our roleplay?

It might be better to ask the GM what their interpretation might be then, to avoid wildly different opinions being drawn from different players on a work that doesn't have much to it in-universe. Otherwise you can have someone saying "the Supercommando Codex orders us to pet all the good doggos" while another one says "no it clearly says that we should kick all the doggos".
EDIT: It also helps as a better guide for all players then, and becomes less of a "the codex is whatever I want it to be to justify myself"-issue.

I don't that will be a much of a problem if we keep it as a roleplay tool to have fun with other players.
Especially since we could edit it anyway.

I clearly interpret it as we must pet the doggos and thus demand everyone do so at once.
