[D3 EE] Crafting Quests (Open)

Daredevils are known to venture into the ruined portions of the lower city in search of scrap or rare finds though not all make the return trip.

"Someone get this rope off of me," she said/hissed when she couldn't wriggle free.

Deonis knelt down and produced a knife from a leg sheath and sliced the ropes binding Tyllia. He stood and offered her a hand to do that same.
