[Meiyokashi]

Ketsu's expressionless mask looked back at Raven as she was kicked back and the body crumpled to the floor. Seeing this, and with the appearance of another, the two former Salky Raiders moved together and continued firing at the oncoming warriors. One of them striking good marks against Claymore in the process, but mostly they were just wild firing in hopes of getting in what licks they could as all attention and blaster fire fell on them.

When the third to appear reached the fourth they put their arm on the others shoulder mid-firing, "Die well," they exchange a quick glance and then continue to move as a unit, firing at all comers.

"Oya!" The tides had been turning in their favor, now more obviously so as one of the friendly Raiders joined the party.

"Die well," Raven echoed the words as she dropped her sword and lifted the carbine, taking aim at the one who had shot at her. Even without the stray bolt that had forced her to shift her stance, her aim was still true, and once more the overcharged chamber delivered a bolt with both lethal and stunning force.

With that blast the raider drops to the ground, leaving the last one standing and ready for whatever comes next. However, a small bead of hope glimmers for them as Raven's bolts impact the back wall and short circuits the door's mechanism. Causing the big metallic doors to open just enough for a single person to squeeze through.

[Soleene Stryss]

Soleene jabbed Varina with the stim and hoped that would do the trick to snap her back into battle. If that wasn't the case, she didn't know any other option since she wasn't a doctor. She gave her a small shake with her hands on her shoulders, hoping her first waking reaction wasn't to slug the person next to her. "Come'on! Wake up the skriff up, Varina!"

After a moment, she left Varina be and make her way toward the raider. It was likely that they had the raider handled but she had come to learn that they were annoying buggers...

In the last volley from Clay, the last of Carid's people falls. With an audible groan coming from Rezzie as she wanted more of the action, which is notable as her armor is marking a few more blaster burns than she'd last been seen with. Landing down her feet touched floor once more. With a little stretch she looked around at the carnage but hasn't- as of yet, seen Varina far as could be gathered.

Meanwhile, there's a few groans from behind as the first two warriors brought down were still alive but are heavily wounded to the point of strain paralyzing their bodies. While Ketsu's chest still moved, heaving for air but clearly struggling from what could be seen despite the helmet covering her face.

Picking up her sword and returning it to its sheath, Raven's eyes sweeped over the surroundings to make sure that all threats were eliminated for now. Her visor stopped at Rezzie, nodding to the woman that had come in as backup. "All good with the others, I trust?"

Seeing Soleene near their youngest member, Raven did move over to see what the status was. Varina would for sure need medical help, considering how bad that injury looked. Far outside of her capabilities to fix by the looks of it.

OOC: After making sure the rest of the team is fine, and that Varina is (hopefully) getting help from Dredgen, Raven wants to question the not-dead Raiders. Where Carid is, what he's planning, etc.

"Dex? Dex took a hit but hit back twice as hard. Silas was fine- that big guy," she made a large space between her two hands, each still holding the blasters, "whomp, anyway- he's good too. Bout.. four of 'em I think we took down?" she counted on her hand, each finger coming back to rest on the handle, "Yea, four. They were headed this way after the door started closing. Came quick as we could- but hey, where's Varina?"

With a creaking the stairs by the back of the building where the fight started signaled the arrival of a small group- headed by Dredgen. With a brief look around he could only see so many heads raised and that didn't seem to let him feel comfortable. Walking through he checked each body resting on the floor as he passed- but thus far he only saw raiders with their wolf-mark burned off their chestplates.

"She's hurt, but alive. Tough as nails that one," Raven assured the Raider-girl, gesturing her in the direction. "If you got some skill, see what you can do for her."

That, or Dredgen would head on over to her.

For now, Raven was more interested in having a talk with Ketsu. Still keeping the carbine in her hand, she approached the prone form of the other woman, making sure to kick away weapons within reach of her. Never underestimate a Mandalorian warrior, even when they're down.

"You and I are going to talk," Raven nearly hissed, feeling her anger flare still.

Soleene put away her vibrosword and made her way over to where she dropped her blaster to holster it. Her body was hurt with bruising and some bleeding but the stim and the adrenaline did help to allieviate some of that. She was feeling okay now but she was sure that in the morning she was going to be aching it was truly going to really hurt. That was a problem for later.

"Whew...I'm sure this could have been a real grinder without backup." She said before she put a hand on her shoulder. "I'm just glad we all made it, even if worse for wear."

She meandered over to where Raven was handling business, standing a bit behind her in case she wanted to do this one on one.

With the note on where Varina was the visor darted immediately, paused- putting away her blasters and then walked over toward where Varina was. Two semi-circles in her direction as both Dredgen and Rezzie made their way over, Rezzie not being much in the way of a medic started to do whatever she could to help Dredgen.

Meanwhile.. Ketsu lost some support as her weapon was kicked away and she groaned, breathing heavily and greatly in pain. Visor looking up at her she chuckles- coughing violently, "Take off my helm-" another cough, it shakes her body and she shivers- "wanna see ya.. visors.. kriffed."

[Raven Cadera]

Raven gave a Soleene a brief nod, acknowledging her presence near her. Probably best if someone kept an eye on things.

Taking a deep breath, she reminded herself of the last time she had acted with anger instead of thinking. Honor, Praxton, guide me...

"You fought well. Alright," she could do that much for a defeated enemy, and Raven moved her hand to undo the clasp keeping Ketsu's helmet secured and help her take it off. "You know what my questions will be. Speak."

[Claymore Wren]

Claymore glared at Ketsu for a minute, thinking about what he would to have did with her once was no use to the group. Then holstered his pistol and starts looking around the room to see if there was a computer terminal that might need the code in my slice gear. "If anyone needs a stim, I still have 4 left..." Said like his attention was elsewhere, because it was.

As the helmet was removed a small pool of blood spilled to the floor. Still dripping from her mouth the woman looked rough, practically on her last legs and by the paleness in her skin she wasn't too long for the world unless she got medical help- soonish. For now she nodded weakly, "Yea," the black hair stuck to her lip with blood moved as she spoke. "Yea.." she chuckles, and coughs.

"Carid ain't here- meeting the client. No, I don't know," she says, groaning in pain as she shifts to lay herself against a nearby barrel, "Yes, I already warned him off, so-" she coughs- "no I can't help you find him."

[Raven Cadera]

As much as she hated to waste resources on this woman, Raven needed her alive a bit longer, for more answers. Without asking or making a show of it, she slung her carbine over her shoulder, retrieved one of her stims, and applied it to Ketsu. It would at least keep her stable for now.

"Then you will first tell me who this client is, and why you and Carid tried to kill my husband," there was a steadiness to her tone that held back the emotions for now.

Wincing as the stim went in she hissed, smashing her hand against the ground- weak as she was the woman had grit. Rolling her head around as she focused on the sensation of her body reacting a bit to the stim she coughed but with less blood this time. "Okay.., easy.. depending," she shook her head a little, sighed.

"Honest?" she smirks, chuckling- coughing. "I don't ask. Someone wants cargo- we go get cargo, creds enough to get us started on our own. Why we went after your husband.. honor. Carid.." her eyes looked down, seeming to trace the way to phrase it best, "Carid has.. had? Old friend, like most of us do once you get a bit older than you lot," she looks up to Raven with a bloody smile. "Friends don't always stay on the same side but- you still owe them. Carid owed, and so he acted. Me?" she laughs- coughs.

"I follow Carid. All there is to it.."

[Raven Cadera]

"And yet you lost, so clearly age wasn't kind to you," Raven retorted, unimpressed with Ketsu's jab at her age.

She sighed. It seemed all so stupid to her, for them to do all this for credits and losing what few allies they had had with their fellow Raiders. "You should've chosen someone better to follow. How many left with Carid? What other safeplaces does he have to crawl into in hopes of hiding?"

Ketsu looks her in the visor, almost as if she could read her- "Pointing out your victory, hmm? I knew the other one was still a kid but you? Childish thing I heard all year," she chuckles, coughing again, "I'm tired," she smiles, barely working up the strength for it again. Leaning her head against the barrel and closing her eyes.

"Maybe I'll wake in the Manda," though she doesn't smile, she almost seems pleased with that idea.

[Claymore Wren]

Claymore walked by and said "Haran is where you're going... I'd know, because that's where my throne is waiting." As continues moving away.
