He met her with a level look "fear, has never motivated me. Or inhibited. I fear little." He rose from the box only a step or two brought him to her small as the dwelling was. The challenge lessening his awkwardness bringing him to somewhere more natural for him.

As he approached the hesitancy touched him again "but this. Something I'd want to make sure you want as well. You can be....a hard woman to read." Maybe it would be obvious to another, maybe the challenge would be all others would need but beneath all the scars and muscles he was still just a young man barely out of his teenage years.

He smiled revealing the sharp teeth again "I think you've seen I can be plenty assertive in the right situation." His hand did reach up his finger under her chin tilting her head up slightly to meet his burning yellow eyes which were currently embroiled with clashing emotions but care, affection, and more than a little desire were there even if Deonis didn't understand what they were.

A short throaty chuckle his voice a littler deeper than usual "Well I-" his words cut short by her kiss, not his first per say but certainly his first like this. His yellow eyes widened and flared in intensity before slowly closing. It indeed seemed like the time for words was over.
