Vex is a woman with a single desire and raised herself up to the top of the criminal underworld on Kamda, and has since manipulated herself into position among the Hutt cartels. Now with Kamda as the crown of her power structure she has set her sights on taming some more of the outer-rim on behalf of the Hutt cartels as well as for her own benefit. Raising a lot of the operatives who have proven themselves over the years to positions of power if it seemed to suit them. Currently with her sights set on Bellionas she has sent the Wraith Sisters to act on her behalf.

Deera

Born on Mirial she was raised to respect, joining the political world of her homeworld at a very young age. However, even on the planet of Mirial there are political schemes. These schemes eventually wound up causing Deera to decide to leave her homeworld to the greater galaxy and eventually find herself on the planet of Kamda. Once there she rose to position as a governor for the Kamdan people and even raised a son. However, her time of guidance was marked by the difficulties following the Clone Wars crisis and rise of the Empire.

During the Empire's reign her son was lost as he lead a small number of people to resist the occupation of the Empire and was captured. Something she matched some years later as she grew a full-scale insurrection against the Empire. Far more successful in her attempt than her son, she used sabotage tactics to gain her people the opportunity to utilize transports which brought the rebels off of Kamda. Once in space she directed her people onward to an unknown planet to build their operation as the planet of Kamda fell to greater security lockdowns by the Empire.

One of the two main branches of rebels that broke off from Kamda following the event known as the Kamdan Insurrection. Nerra, not one with a love for open fighting, returned to his roots among the underworld with operators who were loyal to him after his years in the field. Once the man to know on Kamda he returned to his past as the man to know across the galaxy for many. Organizing jobs and getting different groups to shake hands so that everyone might benefit as greatly as they could, and even better when it harmed the Empire's greater interests. Few currently know where Nerra rests his head but there are whispers he remains underground on Kamda itself despite the extremely large bounties placed on him following his connection to the insurrection.
