(D6, ME The Cave) Singin' in the (almost) Rain

"If you drink all of that you're going to need a room before the race."

She grinned, wondering if Blue Sunrise was about to get all embarrassed or not.

"So do I relieve you of some of it or not?"

She lifts the glass in a bit of a toast as she bites at his finger, grinning. "For certain definitions of safe, yes."

Glancing to Sholua, she wobbles the glass a bit. "If you want some before I finish it..."

"As safe as I can possibly make you," he murmurs.

"If you drink all of that you're going to need a room before the race."

She grinned, wondering if Blue Sunrise was about to get all embarrassed or not.

"So do I relieve you of some of it or not?"

Korvin's eyebrow raises, suggesting humor rather than embarrassment. "I'm sure I can find her a safe place to, ah, work it off."

After a rough calculation of wee Bothan body mass to drink alcohol level, Dhel takes a long sip, and then holds the glass out to Sholua. "Definitely need a room, or someplace, but I'd rather not be passed out there."

And then there's that last promised last taste, as she leans in to kiss Korvin soundly.

The Pantoran happily receives Dhel's kiss, leaning back a little to pull her into fuller contact. But he doesn't hold her there long, conscious that this most certainly is not the "room, or someplace," that they have in mind.

Relaxing back, he takes a moment to catch his breath before turning back to Sholua. "It's, ah, been great meeting you. Look forward to... Whatever we said would be the next time," he says, smiling happily. It's fairly clear from the slight distance in his eyes that he's already calculating how close of a "someplace" he's going to shoot for.

Sholua took the glass with a grin.

"Have fun. Don't do anything I wouldn't do . . . . . not that that leaves much to avoid."

[Dhelih Dotaivi]

"Not athletic enough to manage half the things you _would_ do!" Dhel laughs as she steps back, reaching for Korvin's hand and tugging to encourage him from his seat. Not that he seems to need any encouraging to begin their departure.

Korvin is saved again from a potentially awkward comment by Dhel's pull on his hand. Hardly the type to resist her, he gives a half-wave with his other hand to Sholua, and half-tackles, half-time wraps an arm around Dhel's shoulders as they head for the door.

He stifles a remark about Dhel's athleticism as they

Sholua is left with beer bottle in one hand and sparkly colourful drink in the other. She takes a swig from her bottle and then a sip from the glass.

"Not bad. Wonder if it effects Bothan or Pantoran chemistry somehow . . . . . ? Nah just a pair of horny teens."

With that she rejoined the bustle of the Cave for a pleasant rest of her evening.

She watched him for a moment in silence, but with interest. "... Is it something you seek though? Belonging, and an end to the solitude?"

"All beings long for community. Even if they deny it." He took a long drink "but some are destined for solitude. For a time. Until I deal with my problems any community I join will be in danger."

She nodded, understanding what he meant, even if she didn't know what he meant. "Makes sense. I hope you'll be able to take care of those problems one day then, and if those problems involves applying some good old violence, feel free to ask for a helping hand." Raven lifted her glass to that to punctuate her words.

Deonis raised his as well downing the rest of his contents "that will be for time to tell. But the offer is appreciated." He looked around and saw the club thinning out now that the performers had left.

He rose bumping his fist against his chest plate in a farewell gesture "I believe it is best to head back down to the lower city. I will see you tomorrow Raven."

Nodding, it was probably time to move on for the time being. "Aye, tomorrow. May we meet again, Deonis." She tipped her glass slightly, gauging the remaining contents.
