[Manny Donos]

"I bet it did!" Manny grinned. "Yeah, that's Nara. She's like that. She knows all about tactics and movies and stuff."

He coughed. "So, yeah. I mean, it's not so much got lost finding it, as had too much to drink and fell asleep in the alley outside it. Which, y'know, is basically lost."

He smiled sheepishly. "But enough about weird places I've fallen asleep! Nothing beats the sewer anyway. If we win all the fights, what do you wanna do?" Yes, that was a good topic change.

[Sholua Tempes]

"Sewer . . . . ? No, don't answer that. I don't want to know."

She accepted the topic change happily.

"Win the fights and then what? I think I'll stick around. Been on my own for too long now. Honey, Too Many, Cartess . . . . you. Game changers, all of you. Time to stop running and hiding."

[Manny Donos]

Manny smiled, turning his head to kiss her cheek. For a moment, he was quiet.

Then he sighed. "I don't know if... Honey is Dhel right? I don't know if she'll stick around. But hey, that's up to her."

He brightened again. "But hey, home is a ship. We can stick together and go places! Anywhere we can see. Just look up in the sky and pick a place! Like... maybe that overhead light is Corellia! And that rusty spot is Kashyyyk!" He pointed out the 'astrological features', grinning.

[Sholua Tempes]

"Honey . . . I don't know. She's a drifter for sure. If she does drift then Blue Sunrise is gonna take it badly. He's latched on harder than a limpet mine droid in his mind, but she's more than slippery enough to escape if she wants."

Her hand reached up to play with his hair, before pointing up.

"So that would mean that bit where it's sparking from the broken wires is Tatooine."

[Manny Donos]

Manny grinned as Sholua played with his hair. Given that it always looked at least semi-mussed, it didn't really change its state.

"Oh yeah, yeah, okay. Tattooine is sand and crime, right?" He nodded up at the broken wires. "Yeah, I can see it. That makes sense."

He tilted his head. "Which one would Kamda be? That loose panel? Or maybe that fire sprinkler that I'd bet money doesn't work."

[Sholua Tempes]

"Something close to us. Which bit is dangling the most precariously off the ceiling?"

[Manny Donos]

"Oh, okay! So... that dangly bit of the cables before they start sparking." Manny frowned. "Maybe we should tell someone about that."

He sighed again. "I wanna go back there again soon. I grew up there. It's still weird not being there. Even if I'd have to deal with Vex, and she'd go up and fix my hair, but like in a scary way." He smiled as Sholua. "I like the way you mess with it. That's way better."

[Sholua Tempes]

"Vex. That's not a good name to hear you dropping all the time. Even here we know it, although her activities are fairly new here."

[Manny Donos]

"Yeah..." Manny sighed.

Then he grinned, rolling onto his side to face her. "Maybe you could beat her up! She'd show up to mess with me, and you'd be all like 'not today, Vex!', I mean you wouldn't say that, that's just what you'd be like, and then pow!" He mimed punching in the air. "And then we could make out afterwards, and it would be hot and awesome."

[Sholua Tempes]

She laughed.

"You watch to many holovids. Much as it would be hot, and awesome, Vex is not a woman to mess with. She's like Saph. Now there's a woman I would dearly love to take down a few notches, but neither of them are just them. They have organisations behind them. And muscle in front of them usually."

He didn't need to know how often Sholua had done jobs for the likes of Vex and Saph.

[Manny Donos]

Manny laughed, if quietly. "Yeah, you're probably right. Well... we'll be careful. Deal with them only how we have to. See if we can get away from them."

He grinned. "And then make out anyway, and it'll still be hot and awesome, because that's just how we are."

[Sholua Tempes]

"We sure are."

There was a spark and a clatter.

"Ooops . . . I think Kamda just fell out of the sky . . . "
