Force Users and the Empire

Jedi were once seen as protectors galaxy wide. However, during the infamous Jedi coup the Republic with their cloyal clone soldiers was able to act quickly and put an end to it. However, much as this wasn't the true story it was the one spread far and wide with many falling to the deceit. A deceit which has taken root in the galaxy as the Empire works to hunt down the remaining Jedi in order to preserve peace among the galaxy.

Force sensitives, and Jedi in particular, are wanted fugitives within the empire. Hunted for the potential they possess in uniting the galaxy against the Emperor. Many would readily turn a found force sensitive in if it meant improving their lot in life. However, not everyone would and there are still those who remain that remember Jedi for the heroes they were and lend aid when they are able.

Playing a Force Sensitive in this campaign invites the potential of discovery by the Empire as your character will be hunted mercilessly. Keeping your abilities secret where and when you can is essential in maintaining your cover. However, there is power in the reveal of a Jedi to rally the people behind them and this potential could make all the difference in a conflict.
