Tens patted him on the shoulder. "Things change kid, and yeah... you're both still young." His expression suggested understanding.

"Feelings are complicated." Understatement. "Take it from me though, you gotta be happy in your own skin. Don't get needy, you'll just push her away. Try to enjoy what you've got right now."

He smiled. "Like that dumb drink I got you. Wouldn't have chosen it yourself, but it's damned tasty. Right?"

[Korvin Hikarrin]

Korvin's face stayed grumpy as he listened to them, but he did listen, and he didn't immediately argue. His skeptical eyes looked especially tired now, like this topic tapped its very own well of emotional exhaustion.

"Yeah. Right." The clipped answers feel familiar to Tens, who's probably seen Korvin bristle at being called young almost 100 times.

"Trying to keep a good thing going," he says with a slightly defeated sigh. "But I've met some of her friends, and that wasn't terrible, right Raven?" Whether because he'd set the bar low or he really felt like movie night could have been much worse, Korvin finally looks comfortable again. "

"And the drink is good, Tens," he confirms.

Grimacing slightly with her teeth showing, Raven inhaled sharply. "... Was it terrible, no? I have however seen more amiability from targets, yes." Breaking into a chuckle, she patted Korvin on the shoulder. "Felt like you were sizing me up as a threat to take your love away from you or something."

A small shrug of her shoulders made the fabric of her jacket tightened visibly around her muscular frame for a brief moment. "Just saying, possessiveness ain't cute. Each person is different, and a relationship is different for each person - for some it's hard to commit because they're scared of being hurt or abandoned, or any other number of reasons really."

[Korvin Hikarrin]

Korvin groans and closes his eyes. "Damn it," he hisses. "I was being good. Er, I thought I was. Trying to not be too..." He waves a hand vaguely. "Too much. Like, I wasn't handsy. I wasn't doting. I was just... Like, not making any waves, you know?" Korvin is starting to run off at the mouth, though his volume has stayed just loud enough for Raven and Tens.

"And with Dhel so close, yeah I had some crowding issues. And you being pretty and right there didn't help that," Korvin continues, his intoxication level having loosened the heavy filter that was in place at movie night. "But, I mean, I rolled with all of that. And she lives with a friggin' shark person! Like..." The young man wipes his empty hand over his face. "What else am i supposed to do..."

A look of utter confusion rolled over her. "Eh?" Blinking, she looked between Korvin and Tenzing.

"I... what? I was just being regular me?" Now Raven was the one who was looking at Tenzing for backup. Then back to Korvin. "I'm married! I'm not interested!"

Korvin looks at Raven and, sounding slightly annoyed, says, "I know. I didn't say you were interested, just that you looked good. And of course Dhel looked good, so I was feeling... Wait. Ok, that wasn't really the point..." Korvin seems to have forgotten the point he was trying to make.
