Am I correct from reading the timeline here that Kamda was 9 BBY, and this game is 8 BBY?

Questions that are slightly personal to Korvin, but nothing terribly sensitive and answers might be useful to some other characters:

1. I'm assuming that Korvin's parents have essentially a townhouse-style place that's nice for the Middle City, but hardly "fancy" or up to how the "rich" people are living in the Upper City high-rises and such. Is that consistent with the socio-economics of the city?

2. Is there any kind of standard or example of how neighborhoods are named in Capitol City? I'd like to be able to say things like "My parents place is nice for the Middle City -- I mean, it is in ___ -- but it's nothing real special." And to be able to say "Yeah, I live in ___, so it's not far from here." Any thoughts/suggestions/guidelines?

3. Petra said that racing involves "hanging around with money," and I have the impression that there's definitely more to the racing scene than street races. Does that mean there's like a racing track or stadium in town somewhere, or just a place that's known to be where the racers and their attendant gamblers all meet at regular times?

1.) You don't need to be living in a high rise to live in the upper city, but it is the more/most affluent area which seems to match best with what you've been aiming for with the Hikkarin family on my read.

2.) Unfortunately not, go with whatever feels best.

3.) That was more about the Hikarrin family name being shared than racing, though technically it would be true for racing too.

I know we're not using Morality Chargen rules, but do we have some leeway on stating our starting morality?

No pocket money rules, it just feels like needless accounting to me.

At base: you can choose between being Lightside or Darkside for the basis of where you derive your connection to the force.

Beyond that I don't have another good way to alter starting morality to mind yet so I'll say probably not for now but that could possibly change if I get a good idea for it.

Lower Areas are pretty good for getting some scrap, though that comes with its own problems.

Assuming you'll not do anything stupid while being detained by Imperials, you should be okay. I mean, if you do, we can just retcon those other scenes, but I presume you won't shout the word "bomb" or give a "The Reason You Suck" Speech while in their custody.
