My sense was that they aren't actual Gonks, just called that because they're not considered very bright. I would still like to know what's going on with them, though.

Yea, that's something that's come up a few times. Amended the writing to clarify. Gonks are indeed fleshy things which aren't very bright but very vicious.

Also, important note: For those submitting please make sure you've marked down where your free ranks at character creation went. I'll need to know which ones were chosen from Career and which ones were chosen from Specialization. As well, if your species gives you free ranks in a skill please label that separately as well.
