Unfortunately, this was a case where Manny had to be clever with his brain, not his fingers. And while he had some amount of cunning, it was more like the cunning of a fox who was professor of cunning at some distant backwater, not a professor of cunning at a major Cor world university.

"Hey, Jyr!" He said, spotting his friend/mentor/minder/hot aunt. "Ooh, locks? Let me give it a try." He then proceeded to make the exact same errors as her. Well, at least it gave her a few extra notes to take.

The quiet giant showed up to help out but most of the light work was already taken and the pieces left would likely need the assistance of machinery to move. He scooted some around allowing for better freedom of movement though.

Getting some of the debris cleared out by Deonis, Nimbo got access to a small cache of spare parts for the generators that he could use to get them in working order. The extra power ensured better lighting and enabled the generator to help jump start other electronic equipment that might be DOA. It was a decent bit of work.

Carden was there to help get things up and running. There was plenty of work to be done after all, and the more hands the better at least in this case. His work went well and he finished up the tasks Mylar gave him with little trouble. Hopefully the radio station would be providing smooth sound to the populace shortly.

Coming together as a team the various members aiding Mara and her people put in a great deal of effort in bringing new life into this abandoned press. With all the aid from those with muscle and strength they were able to clear out enough rubble that the place was almost even able to be considered a respectable place to work. Aid from those whom could open new passages even brought in a lot of unexpected equipment that aided efforts and gave them access to a fair number of useable rooms, giving some extra space for those who would like to station themselves here more permanently. Work down below proceeded about as good as they could have hoped with two of the four generators being able to be brought up and running. While it wasn't as much toward the stretch goal as they hoped they are able to bring in a few smaller generators to give the place some extra lighting while relying on the generators down below to keep the majority of their important equipment running.

Despair on Mechanics check. [Unknown result.]

Unfortunately, while FX-12 was working there was a mishap which caused some of the rubble being cleared to come down hard on one of the metal staircases that wrapped around the exterior wall leading to the second level of the building. While it held for a moment under the sudden weight collapsing on it the stairs are wobbly whenever someone attempts to use them and could go at any moment. Mara has requested to have a few signs put up and steer people clear of using the staircase entirely.
