[Day 2 - Early Afternoon] Crash Course

[Soleene Stryss]

"It feels like a while since I've walked into a club and to be honest, it almost feels like I've been to enough of them to last a lifetime but I think I'll be willing to make an exception here. I'll keep that in mind about the stew." She nodded but did think momentarily: ...And what is the stew made with exactly?

"But no need to do anything special on my account. It'll almost feel strange," she chuckled at that. "But just standing around and watching stuff seems like no fun, I've worn that hat for too long."

[Dhelih Dotaivi]

"Well...d'you sing? Or dance? or..." thinking of Manny, she adds, "do magic tricks? Stage generally has open spots in the schedule if you want to be watched instead of watching," Dhel says with a smile. "Oh...or if you pick a fight, that's a good show too. Those don't even need to be scheduled. They tend to bump whatever's on stage when they happen."

"Ooooh, no." She said as she raised her hands in a defensive gesture. "I'm not much of a performer. I don't really have the talent for it."

She chuckled at the next thought. "A fight though, I don't usually go out there to pick them...unless someone really has it coming then why bother waiting for the inevitable when it's going to happen eventually? But yeah, what I was really getting at was that I may have been a bouncer at these sort of venues before. A club. A concert. A concert in a club. That sort of thing. I'm just thinking that maybe I should focus on enjoying it more than retreading old steps."

[Dhelih Dotaivi]

"Well if you feel like reliving some old times, just come by when I'm working and let me know. It's easy to find someone willing to take an inch of friendliness as an excuse to grab a mile of...something, if you know what I mean. And you're welcome to tag team them with The Law, who's our actual bouncer." Dhel says breezily, peeling open her mint. It would offer an illusory bit of cool, at least. "But just watching the performers is also always appreciated.

"The Law?!" She repeated the name with a muffled chortle. "Is that actually on their birth records or just something that they call them? If that is the case, I guess it might have been a missed opportunity that I didn't take such a name myself..."

She couldn't help but chuckle again before nodding. "But yeah, I'll definitely drop by and it won't even cost you a flyer."

[Dhelih Dotaivi]

"It's on their name tag at least?" Dhel grins and waves as she head on to her next flyer spreading location. "See you there!."
