[Meiyokashi]

Weather:
Within the city the walls and general construction offers much comfort from the mounting heat. However, outside the weather threatens to escalate to sometimes dangerous levels. At mid-day the heat becomes near completely unbearable for any beings which are usually more comfortable in water-borne environments.
