[The SCaT Droid]

Sholua had been giving Manny a raised eyebrow about the unfamiliar girl emerging from the refresher when the droid appeared.

One of those.

Her expression went completely blank and she held the bottle of 'green' out to whoever was closest, slowly dropping into a combat ready Form IV stance, eyes locked on the B1 chassis.

Phroth was about to greet the others when he saw Sholua drop to that stance. Looking to where she was, he recognized the droid from the transport over. Interposing his frame between the mirialan and the droid.

"That one's been reprogrammed. Works for a racer on planet, I think. Spoke with them on the ride over. They're... not the enemy." His smile was too toothy to be reassuring.

"And yeah, very small system." His laugh was hearty.

"My records show that I am under a new owner, a Mr. Solark Tan. I assume from your stances that I am not welcome? I can leave if you want."

[Sholua Tempes]

"Stay if you want. If Phroth says you're good then I'm not using you as target practise."

She went to drape herself over Manny.

"I see you've made even more friends. Female friends . . . "

[Dhelih Dotaivi]

"You heard the man," she said, shaking the bothan's hand and speaking in a casually amused tone. "Magician, not assistant."

"Oh! Then you don't live here?" Dhel shrugs off the confusion after seeing the woman arrive from the bathroom. That's apparently how this night is going to go. "good to meet you...um, Magician-lady. Local?"

She relaxed, ever so slightly. She addressed Phroth while keeping the B1 in view.

"If you're sure. Never gonna forget what they did. What they were built for."

She turned back to see who had rescued the bottle she had nearly dropped.

"Oh Honey! Pour us some 'green' will you?"

"yep. Manny, you have more glasses than this? Maybe some of those paper cups if you're inviting everyone?" She starts grabbing cups in range and pouring, and handing off glasses of green booze to whoever was closest.

Raven let go off Manny's collar, eyeing the scene with her lips pressed into a thin line. That expression didn't change too much when Sholua... draped herself over Manny, except for her eyes widening. "... I'm not a new friend."

When did Manny get a girlfriend? Did Varina know?!

Why were there so many people? Kriff it... it was reminding her of the other night.

There was another coincidence. Tan. Solork Tan. The new owner of... wait a minute.

Hmmm...

"Huh?" She looked between the droid and the bothan for a moment. "No, I don't think I live here. On the ship or the planet."

Then turned her head to the droid.

"I'm sorry, didn't you say you were owned by the recycling company?" She asked the droid with a curious look in her eyes.

[Manny Donos]

"... is one of you Solark Tan?" Manny whispered, super-loudly, out of the corner of his mouth.

He knew everyone there, but people could have two names! Also, he was losing track of people.

She went to drape herself over Manny.

"I see you've made even more friends. Female friends . . . "

"Haha..." Manny laughed awkwardly again, even as he did put his arm around her waist. "Yeah, it turns out that way. But y'know, I think the ship is a bro. Ships don't have to be ladies, right?"

"Would you rather I introduce myself with the name I used getting on this planet or the one mr. Tan gave me?" He takes a look around at all the folks trying to figure out which ones are jedi, stroking his new moustache while doing so.

[Sholua Tempes]

To Raven. "Oh, an old friend then? That's good."

She had her cup of 'green', Manny and was working through the urge to dismantle the B1 unit as quickly as she could. If had articulated it had an owner, which was far better programming than any of the wartime B1s to be honest, and she didn't want to tick off an owner by destroying his droid just because she had nightmares about the same model.

"Something like that..."

She shrugged, looking in the droid's direction. Considering his bluster the other day, she was surprised he was claiming to be owned... by someone she happened to know.

Still, she chose to not say anything. Didn't need to ruin Manny's party. "Manny," she patted him on the shoulder firmly. "I'll be heading out. I think this is too much for me... sorry."

[Manny Donos]

Manny's mouth opened, then closed, then he gave her a smile. "Hey, sure thing. Grab a drink, a sandwich, whatever you like before you go? I know you get hungry... oh, shoot me a message when you get back? You know, just a 'hey, sup, I'm back'. Or however you say it. That's just what I'd say."

Manny was sometimes a bit of a worrier; indeed, he looked a little worried.

There was another coincidence. Tan. Solork Tan. The new owner of... wait a minute.

Hmmm...

"Huh?" She looked between the droid and the bothan for a moment. "No, I don't think I live here. On the ship or the planet."

Then turned her head to the droid.

"I'm sorry, didn't you say you were owned by the recycling company?" She asked the droid with a curious look in her eyes.

"Changed ownership, that company threw me out for costing too much to maintain." He then takes off the comlink and cleans it off again.

Manny's mouth opened, then closed, then he gave her a smile. "Hey, sure thing. Grab a drink, a sandwich, whatever you like before you go? I know you get hungry... oh, shoot me a message when you get back? You know, just a 'hey, sup, I'm back'. Or however you say it. That's just what I'd say."

"What, you're going to worry about me too?" she said with a chuckle, bumping her fist gently against Manny's shoulder. "Sure, sure, I'll take some food. And message you."

At least now that she had her exit-strategy, she relaxed a little bit, and grabbed a sandwich at least to take with her.

"Hmmm, you don't say," she responded.

Boy, there was sure a lot going on at this movie night. She'd assumed this was just a way to get in good with a guy with a ship. Just in case she'd need one. But here she was; one jedi or jedi-adjacent person had already shown up. And also a B1 droid was now somehow owned by *another* Jedi or jedi-adjacent person.

Oh, and there was mandalorian drama too; but you couldn't swing a fist on this planet without hitting a mandalorian.

Sholua kept silent, letting Manny and Raven have their little moment.

"So which couch are we taking up, Cutey?"

Taking inventory of who all is here, 2 jedi, a mandalorian, a singer and the owner of the ship at least. SCaT takes a couple of seconds to collect his thoughts and make sure no one is actually going to shoot him on the spot before speaking. "Yes, thankfully my new owner doesn't want to throw me out like the old relic I seem to be these days."

[Dhelih Dotaivi]

Dhel glances over at Raven with a smile as she pours. "I'm starting to think I'm unlikely to meet anyone Manny *doesn't* know, and I've lived here my entire life." She sets the bottle down next to any remaining cups for any newcomers, keeping one for herself, and watches the droid ownership conversation play out.

She grins at Sholua and nods toward the couch that doesn't look like they skinned a Wookie to upholster it. Fur on fur was not comfy and she intended to settle on his other side. There was room for at least one more to squeeze in there, in any case.

"Are you going to run through introductions in all this, Manny? Or are we waiting on a few more?"

[Manny Donos]

Manny grinned at Sholua, and then at Dhel. "Yeah, that looks good to me." He said, his voice a little bit deeper than usual. He brushed a hand through his hair. Why am I always forgetting to put on my cool hat?

"Uhhh..." Manny frowned, raising one hand and beginning to point. "Sholua, Dhel, Phroth, Tyllia... uh... droid?" He winced at the last. "Sorry bro, what was your name?"

"Oh. Manny!" He pointed to himself, grinning, as he walked with Sholua over to the couch Dhel had selected.

[Sholua Tempes]

With Dhel indicating the couch she wanted, Sholua began steering Manny towards it, and then he headed to it without any steering required. Success! She waited for Manny to sit down before closing up on his left side.

A look towards Dhel and the pincer movement would be complete.

[Raven Cadera]

"And Raven, but I'll be leaving," she said as she tucked another sandwich into a pouch on her belt, giving a salute in people's general direction. "Have fun, kids. Dhel, I hope I'll catch your show tomorrow."

Like she had arrived, her footsteps were silent as she retreated. How did she move so quietly in that armor?

She filed the jedi/jedi-adjacent's name away. The others too. Then she watched Raven disappear, followed by the other women going to work.

"Is that alright?" she asked.

Tyllia really didn't care. And she didn't think it was actually like *that*. But she couldn't help herself; she wanted to throw some fuel on this fire.

"Letting her leave like that? I think she maybe thought this was going to be a bit more... uh... you know.... private."

What are you thinking Tyllia, do you really think Manny would comprehend innuendo?
