"Huh," Tyllia took casual sip from her drink. "Kind of reminded me of a hawk-bat. That'd be a cool name for it if you ever develop it into a martial arts style. Swooping Hawkbat, or... no, Way of the Hawk-Bat. That's how they usually name their styles. Cool stuff like that."

The Way of the Hawk-Bat. A common name for Form IV. A true practicioner would know this, of course.

It's definitely not what SCaT knew about the Hawk bat style from his encounter with it on Scipio, luckily the droid was able to hide its face while it stood up. Thus the pensive look was hopefully not noticed.

Having devoured two whole bowls of snacks, the Karkarodon wiped some of the salt from his webbed fingers onto his pants. His attention caught when the other magician mentioned Hawk Bat style. He chewed on whatevwr snack was in his maw, watching the interaction, but said nothing.

Sholua actually bothered to turn and look at Tyllia now, and not just stare at Manny.

"Hawk Bat . . . we'll we're on a Hawk. Can't see any bats though. You're right, cool name but not as cool as skeleton punching."

"Oh hey yeah, I guess that's true. This ship type is called a hawk something or another, isn't it? Anyway, hawk-bats are neither hawk nor bat, I think. They're kind of an endangered species. Heard rumors some imperials like to cook and eat them despite of that though. Or you know, maybe because of it because they're like that."

She gave the woman the kind of smile that could definitely be interpreted as 'I know you know I know.'

Or then again, maybe it was a just a smile.

Dhel's not entirely sure what's up, but the anti-Imperial slant was pretty apparent after a bit. "Is skeleton punching an actual thing that people can do? Like, not movie people?" Because sure, that would be kind of cool with some of the more annoying Imperials. She sits up, carefully shifting Manny's arm and glancing between Sho and Tyllia, who seem to know something about punching things, at least.
