A little extra guidance/suggestion. Due to my circumstance only two players are familiar to Petra, and my suggestion would be to have one of those two be the Negotiator if they are willing.
What I can say for the Negotiator is that the job is mostly waiting around until you and I have a brief and important thread, if the event is successful. This thread does not need to be finished by Day change as the results will not need to be known until later. All we need to focus on is getting the first section of the event done which I believe we're capable of, but if we need to push back a day, Day 5 is pretty busy so it's not a bad one to give extra time to.
I share this so there is as little concern with schedule as possible. So long as you're able to check in enough to be active, it'll be alright.
