"Never spoke with this Jarvis," Carid said, his voice tense as he walked toward the truck. Looking to one of his men he gave them a nod and they went over to the body. While another went toward the drivers seat.

"Some Imperial, said they hired you to get him out. We were hired to clean up. Simple as that. Want a ride home or you gonna cause a fuss?"

When Nara brought up her rifle everyone got tense, where most of the Mandalorians were pretty passive toward the group they started to get defensive, raising their weapons.

Carid pushed through and put his hand on Nara's blaster, forcing it to angle down, "Don't be stupid. A jobs a job. No need to die over the dead."

Sholua took up Jyr's weight again and moved towards the truck. She stuck one thumb towards Nara.

Jyr said nothing, but started paying a lot more attention to everything going on. She was going to need to send a few messages before the end of the day....

"We're leaving," Carid says, and steps away from Nara. Entering his ship. Ketsu and the others with them follow but no one takes their eyes off of the group as they do.

Ketsu looks out over them, "For what it's worth- I'd love to throw down," she says with that familiar menace.

In the back the Chiss' body burns. The fighters here make a pretty solid line when they take to their speeder, the group can make their choice but the hand has been offered. Anyone who seems to be keeping a cool head will be allowed a ride back but they don't trust anyone looking antsy.

"I dunno babe, not all fights can be getting your goons to knife an uninjured civilian before you get back in the bucket mobile. One of these days you might get stuck in a fight with a youngling and then we'll see how far cosplaying as more popular characters can get you."

Nara fires off several obscene gestures including one truly bizarre one mimicking a rooster crowing.
"I'mma walk back. Y'all do what you want. Peace."

The Chiss strides off, pausing briefly by Crowuashuso's body as something flickers across her face before she continues on into the gloom.

Manny slowly swallowed through grit teeth. "Yeah. I'd take a ride. I suppose if you planned to kill me, you'd just do it here, huh?"

He looked at the departing Nara, then at Sholua, strain showing in his eyes. "You wanna come, Sholua?" He asked quietly.

"I am stuck at your discretion," Jyrvess managed a nod to Manny and Shoula. "Easier to ride in my present state though."

"If we did, woulda already happened. You'd have died with the 'tist, Magic-man," Ketsu said, that same grilling menace as she leaned in toward Manny a bit. There was a certainty that she was smiling under the mask. However, that all stopped when Carid spoke- "Ketsu, cut it," and she did, settling in with the others.

Manny helped Jyr get aboard, and got aboard himself.

While he did, he looked for a good place to hide his silenced, hopefully traceable, commlink...

Manny was alert, aware, and ready to hide things! He really wanted to help Raven get these guys, after all. He'd remember to tell her to give them a punch from him, too.

Although she followed Manny, Sholua was silent, propping Jyr up into some semblance of a comfortable position . . . that also let the 'librarian' see what was going on.

There was a good spot he could slip it into but.. it wouldn't be easy, most everyone on the ship was on edge it seemed. Chances of someone spotting him seemed pretty high, but there was a chance and he could take it.

It was already established that Manny was good at slipping things into where they didn't belong. What was one more? And with Sholua helping him, it was easy-peasy.

"So... can I have my card back?" He asked, once he was done.

In a brief moment where Ketsu, who was paying the closest attention to Manny, was distracted he was able to slip the comlink into place without seemingly anyone else noticing. Even more.. the smoothness with which the action took place he even seemed pretty cool.. shame few people saw it.

Turning her attention back to Manny the blank helm stared at him, bringing her hands up to remove it. Turning the helm in her hand to show the card just inside it, "Come take it," she offered, watching him with that menacing grin.
