Today's Problems [Day 6, MN]

"I kinda liked this place too." Carden muttered to no one in particular as he scanned the area for a few moments. "Suppose I'll have to move now though."

With a low whistle he called his team of four Camera droids which had been floating out if range of the commotion and had them set up a small perimeter around the area. Keeping an eye on things while he and the others went about, well whatever they needed to do.

[Meiyokashi]

Up atop one of the other buildings a being watched from above, but the figure was nondescript due to the darkness of the middle of the night. However, Nara's positioning up closer to the target gave her the opportunity- in the battle haze she saw the figure and connected the dots that this was her target she was chasing who must have jumped between the buildings to evade her and attack again from above. Finding good footing when she landed she could take one quick shot off!

[Meiyokashi]

As she shot the figure fell, her hood opening up in the darkness and disturbing the silhouette. Their body seemingly crumpling to the ground into a heap. From the distance it was hard to tell, even with the vision of a Chiss in this mid-night darkness, the movements were so small at first with the rise and fall of their chest. In a sudden race for evasion she leapt to her feet and ran same way the inquisitor she was chasing had.

Right when she got to the edge of the building she leapt, high, landing among one of the upper levels of a nearby buildings outer walks. Rushing through a door the figure had hooded themselves again and rushed away, the silhouette barely visible marked against the light of the building inside through the window.

Nothing could take as much damage as the first inquisitor did and keep running, if that was her, which means..

Raven raised her sword in a defensive position, nearly sheltering Arwen within her tall frame as she looked up at the sound of the blaster shots.

"What was that?"

"Hopefully our friend going down.." Julo said, a smile. Looking to Jaxom that smile shifted a little but remained, "So, friend.. mind uh.. putting me down now? Much as I love being carried around like a sack of potatoes or a fine princess this does wear on the nerve a little. And.. if someone could go get my chair that'd be real nice.." he chuckled, looking around. Easy and calm, dealing with the nerves.

[Arwen]

Arwen was less easy, panting heavy from the damage his body sustained- the flashing of circuits at his cybernetic arms removal, a dull pain as the nerves flared off from it occasionally. Lightsaber reclaimed, behind Raven, and scanning the rooftops for anything that appeared familiar. Blade burning in the night air.

When Julo asked to be put down Nara swung her rifle around before shrugging and strapping it to her back. It wasn't fair for her to do all the shooting tonight.

"Well, that was fun. Not often I see two jedi or whatever doing their thing, you even got an amputation in which is cool. But I think security might want to come by and ask what happened so I was gonna go home.....if any of you were staying here but can't anymore you can bunk with me. But you gotta do your share of the cleaning and respect the labels in the communal fridge."

Jax set Julo down next to Arwen and went to retrieve the chair.

"Well, we can always go look." Carden replied Staring off into the distance. "I thought the lady was bleeding too much to be a Cyborg, but you can never tell." Taking a quick look around he moved over to where the lady had dropped her light saber.

"Probably should take care of this." He nudged the laser sword with his boot. "And get the heck out of here though."

At nara's comment he turned towards her. "I may take you up on that, not exactly liek I have a lot of places to go at the moment."

Retrieving a stim from one of her pouches, Raven held it out for the wounded Arwen. "You're going to need more than this, but it will do for now."

Looking to the ones around that had showed up for the fight, she took assessment of them all. Carden and Jaxom she knew, in addition to Julo... and she assumed Arwen must be Julo's partner, the others were unknowns.

"Shouldn't linger here too long," she agreed with the others. "Imps will be crawling over this place soon. Everyone should get somewhere safe."

The visor looked at Arwen, then turned to Julo. "It's going to be very cramped, but you are a friend of Dredgen - we have a safe place for you and your partner."

[Jaxom Ursae]

Jaxom returned quickly with the chair.

"Yeah, we need to get out of here and find a new place to stay." he agreed. "Same for any associates we may have here. And, we definitely should get rid of that weapon."

“Find someone who wants to buy it. That stuff can be pretty pricey. I actually know a guy if you’re interested. Can see about sending everyone a cut if he can sell it.

‘Course. That would mean making a whole WheresApp Group and staying in touch so it’s a real hassle. But if you’re up for it....”

[Arwen]

"If they're not here yet.. we have a bit of time," Arwen adds, putting the lightsaber back on his belt. Accepting the stimpack with a dipped head in thanks. "Not long- but a bit. Fourteen is.. she likes to act first- think second. Likely doesn't have reinforcements lined up around the corner," he says, his voice tired but he sees the stimpack into a bit of exposed skin by one of the cuts.

"I don't want to bring my problem down on more," Arwen adds, stepping just a bit closer to Julo and putting a hand in as Julo got into/was helped into his chair. "Weapons.. trouble," he gives a nod, agrees.

"Your offers kind-" he strains a little as he settles into his chair again. Looking up to Raven, "But.. for tonight," he looks to Arwen and looks unmoving for a moment. "We'll need it just for one night then.. tomorrow we move on, find something better just in case. I'll have to talk with Nerra too.." he drifts into that thought. All the things needing doing coming up to mind.

"I don't mind destroying that weapon," Raven said with some acid pointed at the Inquisitor's discarded weapon. It would drive home the weakness of their enemy by destroying their weaponry.

She sheathed her weapon and found a breather for now. If there was more problems following Arwen, well, a group of Mandalorians who were already itching for a fight was probably the best option. "For tonight will work."

"You all going to be safe?" she asked to the others. It sounded like the Chiss had a safeplace, and Jaxom could probably make his way to the Hangout or the Press, she figured.

He picked up the weapon and looked it over.

"I imagine she'll want this back and come looking for it." he frowned. "That would be bad for anyone who buys it."

"I'll find someplace." he added.
