What they find deep within the data-vaults of the Clinic is that despite the Empire's promise to the people outside their doors that they will cure them is that not everyone is simply cured of their ailments. In fact, this location runs a multitude of tests on those that come within their doors as a means of scanning through the populace for something within their physical makeup that marks them apart other people. What they are searching for is unknown but what they're certain of is that people who meet the requirements for whatever the Empire is seeking don't return into the Lower City once more.

Deep within the files there is a name mentioned briefly, but it's the last name of Kayde which is most important. Returning to Mara she does confirm that it's her brothers name but has no idea why it would appear in these files. All the reports are blacked out or encrypted with such heavy coding near to the point of being useless- or requiring far too much time or sophisticated machinery to undo.
